  From the moment we parked in the lot, our experience was wonderful. Dennis, the neighbor, introduced himself right away and offered services to us. The condo is well appointed. Everything you could need is readily available to use. Condo was very clean, comfortable and homey. Jennifer is wonderful to work with and very easy going. Bedrooms were great for the kids. We went with another family, who rented another condo. Upon arriving, we saw more of our friends who were on the other side of the lagoon. Kids have the friends to keep them company and the adults relaxed. Our only issue was the weather could have been better, but that is no fault of the owner. We had a blast! We loved the decor, the colors and the ability to relax. We can't wait to be return guests. Thank you so much for everything. FYI - Fat Baby Pizza is "awesome!" Nice hometown restaurant.

  The owners did a great job remodeling this older condo. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and could seat several people. Same with the dining room table. The condo was centrally located. The beach and Coligny Plaza were only a couple of blocks away and we walked to them on several occasions. I imagine that Coligny Circle becomes very congested with pedestrians in the summertime, so I would avoid driving in that area during peak times. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pans and utensils. All of the appliances were in good working order. The unit was very quiet and had lots of nice natural light coming in the windows. The living room and Master bedroom overlook a water feature with a fountain which provides a relaxing atmosphere. Our only complaint regarding this unit would be the bathtub and shower. It is sorely in need of an update. Other than that we enjoyed our week at this unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We've just returned from our vacation on Hilton Head Island. The owner was great to deal with, got back to me quickly with any questions we had, handled payments very efficiently and checked in on us (via e-mail) while we were there to make sure everything was going well. This villa is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. I was also happy the dishwasher worked so well! An added bonus was the little things that were included (salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, oil, spices, sugar, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, beach towels, cooler bags, etc.). The location of this villa is a 5 minute walk to grocery store and 10 minutes to Coligny Plaza...perfect!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We took our family vacation this summer on Hilton Head Island and were so lucky to have found this great property to rent! It was extremely comfortable and really equipped with absolutely everything that one would need at the beach! We would recommend this property to anyone that was looking for a great unit in such a ground complex (which was extremely accessible to everything that Hilton Head has to offer). I know my family can't wait to go back!!

  Another great time at Springwood Villas. The condo is beautiful: large living room and dining area, kitchen is fully equipped (this time we cooked more and had everything we needed), bedrooms on second floor with 2 full baths, powder room on 1st floor, porch is great for bird watching in the morning, plus you have the pool and tennis courts. Couldn't ask for anything more. Walk to beach is short and is very nice... not over-crowded. Have recommended to others already.

  The condo was beautiful you can tell a lot of thought went into the remodeling. The location was great for us, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Coligny we road bikes the whole week everywhere. The owners were very helpful with giving us a list of restaurnt they had been to and liked. Our stay was just what it was suppose to be, a vacation.

  Very nice owners and very nice place. Perfect for a little get away with a good size flat screen tv in the living room, large comfortable couch and beds and beautiful kitchen.

  My family just returned from this wonderful vacation rental. The appearance in these photos are accurate. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had. The master bedroom's king size bed was very soft and comfortable. It was nice for our 6 yr old daughter to have her own bedroom. We were able to stay downstairs and watch tv after she went to bed and not disturb her sleeping. My husband and I love to cook and we took a lot of pots, pans, and utensils because we were not sure if the condo had enough kitchen supplies. Well, we did not need our kitchen supplies because it really is a well stocked kitchen. The owners were very nice to let us borrow their bikes, beach chairs, kids beach toys, and a beach umbrella. Our six year old was able to ride in the child seat of one of the bikes making it nice to go on bike rides around town. If you plan on riding bikes to the beach I advice you to take back packs and a bike lock as we had to make a trip to Walmart. The beach was a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk from the condo. We had difficulty finding the private pool. It is located behind the condo which you follow the path off the back deck. The private pool was very nice. The local neighbors were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. This was a wonderful vacation rental and we definitely would refer a friend. You should know that the condo is located on the second and third floor so if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. Our favorite restaurant while on Hilton Head was The Crazy Crab. The best crab cakes ever! If you choose this rental you will not be disappointed.

  We just returned from our wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. I can't say enough good things about not only the location but the wonderful accommodation. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.... From the decor to the excellent mattresses! I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel! My family plans to book it again soon!!!

  We just returned from our stay at Springwood Villas. The unit was the ideal size for our family of four, complete with two bedrooms, two and one half baths. We loved the two floor layout, as well. This allowed us to complete some early morning computer work and phone calls, while the children remained asleep upstairs. Very quiet and spacious. The unit comes equipped as a stocked apartment, complete with every appliance in the kitchen necessary for cooking in when desired. The washer/dryer is also conveniently located in the kitchen, and we were able to return home with very little to launder at our own home after our stay. The owners were very willing to answer any/all questions, and were quite easy with which to work. The South Forrest Beach location was convenient to everything on the island. Also great were the beach items (i.e. chairs, beach stroller, shovels) that allowed for a full day at the beach, given the 10-15 minute walk. A great place for an extended stay with children.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
