Swaying Palms villa gets its name from the three magnificent queen palms that line the rear pool enclosure and garden. This very private and exclusive luxury villa was completely remodeled and refurbished in June, 2009 so you have our assurance you will be enjoying the most modern, up-to-date furniture, linens & bedding, appliances, kitchen dishware, high definition flat-screen televisions, and a home fully equipped with every convenience that will make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. Our strict no-pets and no-smoking policy provide you the worry-free comfort of a spotless and allergy-free home upon your arrival.

FEATURES:
• 1930 square feet of open, very functional living space that features 2 master bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV’s, walk in closet, and private pool deck access,
• two additional large bedrooms each with TV’s, closets, and share one full bath,
• comfortably sleeps up to 8 persons,
• Bedding: 1 King (MB #1), 1 Queen (MB #2), 4 x Twin (BR #3 &4),
• Fully Air Conditioned and ceiling fans in every room,
• Two master en-suite baths, one main full bath and one half bath accessible from the pool deck (3 ½ baths in total),

• Pool and spa heating is available for a fee (see rate details below). Pool heating operates daily from 8am to 8pm and maintains the pool temperature at 85F. Spa heating operates on demand with a set point temperature of 102F.
• Covered Lanai – enjoy the outdoors alfresco, bug-free, in the shade and out of the rain!
• A SE facing pool deck that gives you plenty of sun exposure from morning until late afternoon,
• Large, fully-outfitted and modern kitchen,
• Den featuring reclining love seat sofa, 46” high definition flat screen TV, 5.1 surround sound home theatre for DVD & Blu-ray enjoyment, PS 2 and Xbox gaming (North American format),

Your home is beautiful, we had a great time. Seen a lot of parks, ate at some great places and did some shopping. Even had time to lay around your beautiful pool. Now going home to a foot of snow. We all enjoyed the villa very much The pool and spa were used daily. The villa is beautiful… we cant wait to show pictures to our family and friends! The Calabay Parc community is very nice. We had a great time at this villa. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Weather was nice. A couple of colder days for shopping and hiking in Lake Louisa state park. Had a few guests during our stay. We stayed in the Calabay Parc area 3 years in a row for family vacations to Orlando and fell in love with this immaculately kept, beautifully landscaped luxury villa community of 100% executive homes.
