This newer 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 6-8 and offers European comforts such as 500 count Egyptian cotton bedding, tumbled marble and slate baths (2 En suite) with heated floors, stone wood burning fireplace, warm maple hardwood floors, 3 covered view decks, gas grill, hot tub and gourmet kitchen with slab granite, stainless appliances and fully stocked pantry.
Enjoy year around access and activities with the nearby town of Leavenworth to explore with its quaint shops and restaurants 20 minutes away; be sure not to miss Oktoberfest in the fall and the Christmas Tree lighting in the December. Miles of trails for hiking and cross country skiing, summer fun at the lake (lake access across the street or at the community park), fishing at nearby Fish lake or river rafting on the Wenatchee river, Golf at the Kahler Glen Golf & Ski Resort; a unique 18-hole mountain course set next to Lake Wenatchee State Park that will challenge your golfing skills and downhill skiing at Stevens Pass only 20 minutes away.
Sleeping arrangements:
2 view bedrooms upstairs; 1 with king bed with European duvet covers*, view balcony, color TV and DVD, tumbled marble shower with 2 shower heads, heated tile floors, walk-in closet and plush his and her robes to use during your stay. The other lake view bedroom features a queen sleigh bed with European duvet and 500 count cotton sheets*, down filled love seat, designer drapery and linens and full bath with granite counter, heated tile floor, towel warmer and color TV. 1 bedroom on the main floor with 2 twin beds with high count sheets and duvet*, 13 inch TV for watching VHS videos, adjacent full bath with granite vanity and heated tile floors, oil rubbed bronze accessories and fluffy towels. A queen sized air bed and bedding is available to sleep 2 extra guests.
Covered stairs lead to the main entrance which features maple hardwoods and great room with overstuffed leather furniture, a flat screen TV with DVD, CD and Ipod dock, stone wood burning fireplace, gathering table for 8 and French doors to the covered view deck with gas grill. The fully equipped Tuscan kitchen features cherry cabinetry, slab granite counters and breakfast bar, all stainless appliances, stocked pantry and all small appliances including a food processor.
Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and covered rear deck off the back door leads to the hot tub with lake views for your enjoyment. The home is also equipped with forced air heat and central air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, games and movies.
*All bedding and towels are hypoallergenic.
Directions:
Traveling from the Seattle area via US Hwy 2 eastbound:
• From the Stevens Pass summit, continue traveling east on Hwy. 2 for 25 miles where you will turn left onto Hwy. 207.
• Follow Hwy. 207 for 4 miles and cross the Wenatchee River Bridge.
• Immediately after crossing the bridge, the road will split. Stay to the left, and at this point the name of road changes to “Lake Wenatchee Highway”.
• Follow Lake Wenatchee Hwy. for 3 miles, and turn left onto Brown Rd.
• At the stop sign where Brown Rd. intersects with North Shore Dr., turn right onto North Shore Dr.
• Follow North Shore Dr. for approximately 2 miles to 17590 North Shore Dr.
Traveling from Leavenworth via U.S. Hwy 2 westbound:
• Travel west on Hwy. 2 for 15 miles. Turn right onto Hwy. 207.
• Follow directions above starting with #2.
Rates:
$250/night Monday-Thursday, $20 a night each additional person, a $100 cleaning fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
$275/night weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for first 6 guests, $20 a night for each additional person, a $100 cleaning fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
Holidays and Festival Weekends:
$350 a night for up to 6 guests, $20 a night each additional person, a $100 cleaning fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
Very Strict NO PET policy (due to allergies)
Please Note: No damage deposit is taken up front, however a pre-authorization of $500 to charge your credit card for broken, lost or stolen items is agreed to.

Our friends that live near Seattle gave us this opportunity to spend a couple of days with them at this cabin. This was my family's first time spending a couple nights at a cabin. We have 4 kids. They LOVED it!! and so did we (the adults). Never did they say that they were bored. The location is awesome. The home is beautiful, clean, beautifully laid out and has great views!! We loved the hot tub. And as a mother of 4 kids I appreciated the laundry room :-) We are definitely doing this again soon. I would love to see it in the summer also. I highly recommend this cabin and have already passed the cabin info to a lady friend of mine. Thank you for making our family's first time a memorable time! Also, the cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We spent last weekend with our kids and grandkids at this beautiful chateau. It started snowing the night we arrived and snowed and entire weekend. Made for a fun time with the grandkids to sled and enjoy the snow! The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a wood burning fireplace which made it so cozy. We played games, ate wonderful meals and just enjoyed being together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a fabulous time we had at your chateau! What a beautiful home! We felt so welcome there. We were really careful to follow your instructions before we left. They were simple and easy. Every person got assigned a minor job. All 7 of us got in the 8-man hot tub every night. The fit was perfect! It felt very private and intimate--the hot tub, friends, with a backdrop of snowy trees and a full moon. The kitchen was fabulous. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace every night. Extra wood was cut and easily accessible downstairs in the garage. Everything was great! So clean, so comfortable! I can't wait to go back next year! Thanks for letting us stay at your house. I still can't get over how comfortable and homey it felt. Great ambiance! Beautiful ANY time of year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My friends and I loved the house! It is tastefully decorated with touches that are rarely part of rental properties. This is home, and very beautiful and clean home at that. The description of the house is true to the latter. Decorations/bedding/amenities are of high quality, and beautifully matched. This is prefect spot to get away from busy schedule, catch up on sleep, relax, and enjoy tasty meals with friends. I love to cook - the layout of the kitchen, cutlery, and dishes impressed me and made the cook in me very happy. We spent five nights over Christmas at this beautiful home. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays and everything that we needed was at our disposal. We enjoyed the hot tub, heated floors and beautiful kitchen. We are ever so thankful for the sled that was in the garage, we all got hours of enjoyment out of it in the beautiful snow that fell for us. What an amazing house to stay in. Description and photos were just as described on web site. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the fire or in the hot tub. The beds were wonderful and heated floors the best. Kitchen was perfect to cook any meals and the family time was the best. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay at you house. Even enjoyed the snow that was at the house when we arrived and the 5 to 6 inches we received on Thanksgiving day. Our two families came from San Diego for a wedding and stayed at the Champagne Chalet for the long weekend. The chalet was everything we expected and more. It was close to the wedding venue and neighboring towns. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sleeping accommodations we're fantastic. We told everyone what a wonderful home we rented and how lucky we were to find it. We would love to come back and spend more time at Lake Wenatchee, what a beautiful location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

About the owner: My wife and I have been married 23 years we love Leavenworth and had always wanted to have a get away place there. We have three children; one daughter who lives in England. We are realtors on the Eastside of Seattle in Redmond.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Wenatchee:
We love Leavenworth and had always wanted to have a place there. It is a great town with so many shops and good restaurants. We knew this new home was right for us. It's right across from the lake with its own lake acess (or boat launch at the public beach). Fun activities right in the area include horsebak riding, tubing on the river, lots of hiking trails (right behind the house) and boat rentals at the lake in the summer. It is a short drive to the charming town of Leavenworth and the Ski slopes of Steven's is only 20 minutes away. The view of the mountains is majestic!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We are at Lake Wenatchee, so you have the view and it is quiet and peaceful. It is a short drive to Leavenworth and to Stevens Pass for Skiing. In the winter there is also Snowmobiling a half mile up the road with a vast trail network. In the Summer we have fresh water sports on the lake and hiking and tubing on the River. Or you can just sit and relaxe in the hot tub and admire the peace of nature. Our home is outfitted like a luxury home, not a rental to insure a quality experience.
