This 2000+ square foot, lakefront, end unit villa on the beachside of Sandestin Resort is just steps from the neighborhood heated pool, Starbucks, shopping & the beach. It offers a perfect getaway for 2 families with kids, 3+ couples or girls/guys getaways. Enter through a private courtyard off the parking area. On entering the first level, you will find a complete kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry area and 2 bedrooms, each with private bath. FREE WIFI is available.
Upstairs is a loft with sleeping area, as well as sitting area. Off of the loft is the master bedroom and bath, bringing the total sleeping space to 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft.
Back downstairs you will find a private patio off the living room that sits on a natural lake, which can be viewed from almost every room in the villa. The patio is the perfect spot for coffee, drinks or al fresco dining. And if you have people who love to fish in your group, the lake has a catch and release program…the fish are huge!
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids.
