  Your house was a blessing to our family! When we first walked in, we were so delighted! It is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the colors and the proximity to the beach FANTASTIC. It is clear you have been so thoughtful in furnishing it. What a special time in a very special place where we felt at home amid the lovely interior and exterior surroundings. Beach life is addictive in a very positive way! Hope to be back very soon. Bless this home and all who enter here. Thank you for everything!

  We had a fabulous experience! The photos were very accurate and did reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The accommodations were very comfortable, home away from home feeling. Great location to Huntington State Park/Beach as well as the reason we rented, GOLF!!! Beautiful surroundings in a quaint setting. Would highly recommend Murrels Inlet for the best seafood - we ate at Drunkin Jacks!! We also enjoyed Quincy's. The owners were wonderful to deal - absolutely no issues - can not wait to go back!

  We have vacationed at Litchfield at least 15 times and love it there. This rental unit was by far the best one we have rented. We have stayed at Oyster Catcher, LakeSide, Herron Marsh and Padget which have all been nice. This rental has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen living area and dining area plus a small mini-kitchen in the back hall. Much larger than anything we have rented thus far. It was in a quite area of the development and you are able to park very close to the front door. The decor was very tasteful and every thing was in good repair....very clean. The owner was very easy to contact and communicated with us several times during our stay. We had access to the Litchfield beach area, but we prefer the south tip of the Pawleys Island Beach. We were very close to the shopping area where we could buy groceries and have lunch at the pizza place. I highly recommend this condo for rent on your next trip to the area. The property owner made this a very enjoyable stay at Litchfield Beach!

  Thanks again for the great week! The condo was absolutely perfect for our golf trip. It was well appointed, it fit all seven of us with ease, and was incredibly close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all the great golf courses in south Myrtle Beach (True Blue, Caledonia, TPC, Pawley's Plantation...etc). We highly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy a week in south Myrtle Beach!

  Just a short note to thank you for the use of your condo. Lots of room and very well kept. Everything was perfect and location was great. Close to all amenities, but away from the hustle and bustle of busy Myrtle beach. Lots of golf courses near by.

  We vacationed here with our two young children (1 1/2 and 2 1/2), our nanny and her 2 and 5 year old, and my mom (and brother for half the week). It was a perfect set-up for multiple families and privacy/space. We loved having the pool and beach access at Litchfield and found so many great spots to eat out when not making breakfast or lunch in the full kitchen. Great place, great owners! Thanks Bill and Margie :)

  What a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and well-kept with all the comforts of home!! The owners were very committed to ensuring we had a positive experience! Wish we could have stayed another week! :) We are planning to return for another stay in the future!!

  My family and I stayed at this property in July 2012. The pictures don't do justice to this beautiful property. The owners were wonderful to work with. During our stay I had to contact Bill a few times and he was always quick to return our calls. This location is great because it is close to all of the action in Myrtle Beach but not in the middle of it. Each morning my husband and I took a short bike ride to the beach for a morning walk. Avian Forest is peaceful and quiet and our group of 8 had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy our vacation. I'm keeping our contact information and we hope to return soon.

  Large place with spaces rooms. It quite and a nice place to go off to and relax. I only thing I miss was a pool near the unit. I would recommend to a friend

Since others read the comments and responses it is important for others to know that you stayed in the same development last year and knew from your previous stay that there was no pool in Avian Forest and in addition the contract and emails outlined the location of the pool you could use Of course you had access to the resort and its Beach Club for easy ocean access.. As I recall when I greeted your family one asked if there were plans for building a pool and I responded that it is anticipated that a special meeting will be called for the owners to vote on building a pool or to reject building one. Hope you and your family enjoy the rest of the summer.

  The unit is exactly as described in the VRBO listing. It looks like new and is professionally decorated. I can't think of one thing that we needed for our stay that this unit did not have allready. Mr. Jones, the owner, was very quick to react to an underperforming A/C unit that cools the back two bedrooms. He had a repair person on site on a Sunday afternoon to get the unit back up to speed. Our party of eight really enjoyed our stay. The unit has a very spacious great room and kitchen area. All of our guests felt that they would definitely like to stay here on future visits. The beach access area of Litchfield was top notch. The only drawback is not having a pool that is within walking distance of the unit. The owner was great to work with and we will definitely return.
