  We have rented this same condo for six years and have enjoyed every year. The condo has always been clean and well looked after and if anything needed attention it was looked after right away. The staff at the Holiday Inn are awesome and the pool area is very nice. The one complaint is the chaises around the pool are not enough for the clientele and there is always towels on them in the very early morning and there is some towel removing that takes place. The restaurant is very good. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  We very much enjoyed our vacation for 9 days beginning New Years eve. The condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and the Holiday Inn has fine facilities and an excellant beach. The condo is an inexpensive taxi ride from the airport, from supermarkets, and from the charming center of town. The Holiday Inn staff was excellent. I could live without the dance music at the pool, but obviously many people enjoy it. My only other complaint is there are not nearly enough chaise lounges or comfortable chairs (at the pool and beach) for busy periods and people reserve them with towels starting in the wee hours of the morning. Its a bit of a land rush. Do not skip the massages on a jetty literally overlooking the ocean. They are excellant and inexpensive. For dinner, I highly recommend Joe Jack's Fish Shack on Basillo Badilla in the "zona romantica" of the old city. Absolutely outstanding for fish and seafood. Always busy, so go early or make reservations.

  My wife, two young children (7&3), and I stayed here July 25-August 11. It was a fantastic stay. Close to everything with great amenities. Our children loved the children's pool. Beautiful views of the ocean and city. We ate most meals on the balcony, which saves a lot of money for other fun stuff. Jeff made sure everything was taken care of. It was a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to return!!

  The condo was very well taken care of. The only thing that I think needs to be taken care of is the hide-a-bed needs a new mattress. Other than that it was perfect. I would definitely go with this condo on my next trip to Mexico. We also paid the extra to have a cleaning lady come it; she was excellent. It was well worth the extra money.

  The Condo was clean and well maintained. Jeff was very organized and made it easy for us. It is a plus to be able to use the Holiday inn facilities. Holiday Inn staff were courteous. There are many great restaurants, Daiquiri Dick's, Kaiser McMillan, Brazil, Barcelona Tappas, and we always save out last nite for the Vista Grill. It has the most beautiful view overlooking Puerto Vallarta and the Ocean. I think it was an 8 dollar cab ride from Hotel Zone. Worth every $

  We enjoyed our stay in the condo for the first 2 weeks of January. We ate breakfast and lunch there most days as well as a few dinners. The kitchen was well supplied. The large fridge meant we could stock up on vegetables and beer. It was a good place to spend a relaxing time and everything was as described, maybe a bit better. The folks we dealt with very helpful and honest. We'll do it again!
