Our Tropical Retreat features 2 individual 2 br/ 2ba units. One can be rented as a 4 bedroom 3 bath for an additional fee. Great for a couples get away or family reunion. Book all or just one. On site managers make sure your needs are catered to.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kapoho. This place is fairly nice and well-furnished and Patricia was very accomodating. What we were most impressed with is that she was well-equipped to accommodate guests with small kids like ourselves. She was able to provide us with a pack and play and a high chair which made our vacation a lot easier and more enjoyable. Again many thanks, and we hope to see you again!

Patricia, Once again our family spent Thanksgiving in Kapoho Tropical Retreat. Everything was perfect as usual. This was our 10th year spending the weekend here. The accommodations for all 12 of our family members was comfy and we appreciate your patience with our playful family of 5 little girls. The swimming in the ponds and the freedom for them to run was delightful. Thanks again, we will be back!

There were 4 of us and we stayed in the garden unit for 6 nights and it was well equipped, clean and quite spacious. On-site managers, Scott & Teresa did everything they could to make sure we had what we needed to have a wonderful and memorable visit. This community is remote and peaceful and the Champagne Ponds are decadent. We look forward to staying at this rental again.

We stayed for the month of April in the upstairs unit shown and it was very bright and cheery. Everything we needed was provided and the mgrs. were very helpful. Beds comfortable, living room and patio were wonderfull. No ocean view as a house has been built there. Walking distance to Champagne pond. Only complaint would be the baby downstairs.Our month never lacked for something to do and we really miss Kapoho Tropical Retreat! This is a good bargain for a months rental.

Patricia; We truly enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom garden view vacation rental. Without your affordable and fully equiped home, we would not have been able to make our interisland trip with our 3 week old baby AND our 14 month old baby. A hotel would have been way too expensive and inconvenient. You provided all the ammenities that we needed and the house was spacious and cozy at the same time. We loved all the little extras, like the kids toys and crib, stroller, and floaty toys even a darling little kiddie plant waterer. You thought of everything. We thought you Roxy and Mike were so helpful and sweet. The Kapoho/Puna area is the best kept secret of Hawaii with its warm ponds and lush beauty in the sunbelt! We will be back and so will our friends and family. Thank you!!!

.....We had a great time!! Got to see so much of the Island. Your place was exactly what we wanted , hot tub, pool, snorkeling close by our house...your tips and suggestions for our day trips wre "right on". We hope to be back again.
