  We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hopefully we can come back again in the near future. Our kids sent us on this trip combining our birthdays & anniversary (46 years)

  Well, we are heading back to Michigan after a wonderful stay in your condo. The weather was beautiful during our stay and we really had a great time. Everything in the condo worked well and we had no problems. We really like your condo and we want to thank you for letting us stay there. We wish you a wonderful holiday season.

  This is a nice unit with wonderful views of the Gulf, really nice balcony. The only things that could make it better would be a DEEP cleaning and some updating, The unit had a sour odor when we arrived and had supposedly just been cleaned. There was sand all over the floor, on the furniture, and even in the refrigerator!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  Owner response: Cleaning of the unit is the responsibility of Meyer Real Estate cleaning crews. The annual deep cleaning is scheduled in a few days, also to be handles by Meyer Real Estate. There have been other complaints about other condos supposedly cleaned by Meyer personnel. We are taking steps to correct the cleaning arrangement in the near future.

  My Husband and I really enjoyed staying at Royal Palms. Our condo was comfy and had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. We would for sure recommend this place to anybody! What a view from the balcony! Words can't express the beauty from that 9th floor balcony! The pictures on the listing of this property had us hooked from the start but after arriving there...it was obvious the pictures just could not capture the real beauty of the condo and the beach. You just have to be there! This was our first time at Gulf Shores and after our experience at Royal Palms, we will for sure be back and if they will have us, would love to stay in exactly the same place. What a great place. Plenty of nearby activities and good food. Try the Oyster House! Yummy! and if you don't mind a 10 to 15 minute drive into foley, for sure check out Lambert's Cafe...home of the throwed rolls! Country cookin at its best. No matter what you do, you will be glad you were here and and sad to go. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

  Thank you so much for the winter stay in your warm, cozy condo. Everything we needed was here and the layout was perfect! Always love the view and the sound of the beautiful Gulf. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna too. We have stayed in Gulf Shores three previous winters, but your condo made this one our best by far.

  5/21/2011 - 5/28/2011 Thank you so much for letting us use you "little slice of paradise" for the week. The condo is perfect and the beach and the weather have been beautiful all week! Between the sun, the waves and all the good food, it was absolutely the perfect vacation.

  We stayed for a week in July. The condo was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. There was plenty of space inside and plenty on the beach in front of the condo (even more towards the park). The beach in front of the condos toward the Pink Pony in mid-July was jammed with bodies. We knew we'd made the right choice. We'll be back!

  Loved it! The condo is great, very comfortable and the location could not be better. It's extremely convenient to restaurants, entertainment and golf. The white sand beach and the views are beautiful.
