This Condo was just purchased. New owners have put in new carpeting, granite countertops, new air conditioning unit and entire Condo was repainted/decorated. The balcony furniture is also brand new. Large screen televisions are installed in the Den and Master Bedroom. This condo is perfect for the golf enthusiast since it includes unlimited free golf (cart rental only). It also boasts a balcony view of the Lake and the 9th hole, with the Clubhouse being a short 100 yard walk. With a King Bed in the Master and Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom, you will have plenty of room for you and any guests that may want to visit. Two Love Seat sofa pullouts are also included for additional bedding in case the grandkids want to come and visit. Full Cable TV and High Speed internet is also included.
Grand Harbor is a gated community that has something for all. Besides the 2 spectacular Championship Golf Courses, Grand Harbor also provides some of the finest tennis facilities in Florida (10 Courts). Located on property is a beautiful Yacht Club which will rent slips for boat enthusiasts. The magnificent 32,000 square foot, Mediterranean-style Clubhouse at Grand Harbor provides many social activities as well as some of the finest dining in the area. Included within the Clubhouse are three dining rooms, fitness center, snack bar, men's and ladies' card and locker rooms, and a fully stocked golf pro shop. This Club truly offers the ultimate in traditional elegance and sophistication, plus an experienced and conscientious staff.
Grand Harbor also boasts one of the top Beach Clubs along the Florida Coast. Besides a spectacular pool and beach, guests are welcome to use the grill located at the pool for great drinks and food while enjoying the sunshine. My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful condo for December and January for the past three years. We loved it before it was redone and love it even more after the redo. The full equity membership is a great bonus for those of us that play a lot of golf. The location of the unit is one of the best in Grand Harbor, easy walking distance to the clubhouse, a real bonus for those of us that vacation with one car, and the views of the pond and birdlife are fabulous. Everyone that works at Grand Harbor could not be nicer. Did I mention the southern exposure, which provides lots of light even on those rare cloudy winter days? The owners are terrific, always a quick phone call away, should anything come up and they always check in with us just to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. We can't wait to return this year. A & ARecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is beautiful! It overlooks the golf course and includes access to a beach club with a pool, restaurant and all the amenities. The golf is amazing, offering two championship courses to choose from. The condo is within walking distance from the clubhouse. We enjoyed this condo and will rent again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property is phenomianl! We're going to make it an annual get away. The pool and access to local beaches was appreciated by the wives and we all enjoyed the championship golf courses.The guys hired a guide and went for an inshore fishing trip and caught some nice redfish and trout. With the recent remodeling it felt like we were at a 5 star resort. Hope we can swing a whole month next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
