Welcome to our beautiful condo at Veranda at Ventana. This 2Br/2Ba unit is located on the second floor and offers partial views of the Santa Rita, Santa Catalina, and Rincon Mountains to the south, north, and east. Tucked away from the street, you will be able to relax on the patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of the breathtaking Sonoran Desert.
The condo includes an upgraded kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry cabinetry. Furnishings include a king bed in the master and pillowtop queen in the second bedroom. Relax in our cozy living room while watching the 42 inch plasma TV with DVD/CD player and home theater surround system. The split bedroom floorplan includes a full size washer/dryer, central air and heat, and walk-in closets.
The grounds of Veranda at Ventana are impeccably maintained. There are two resort sized pools one of which is heated year round and includes a lap pool. Numerous BBQ's are located throughout the complex in addition to a sand volleyball court, children's playground, and wonderful fitness center.
Veranda at Ventana is located in the northeast of Tucson near the corner of Kolb and Sunrise. It's proximity to Sabino Canyon (hiking/bird watching/biking) and numerous resort for golfing/tennis/spa (Lowe's, La Paloma, Canyon Ranch) make it a premier vacation getaway.
There are numerous dining options to choose from literally across the street including Mexican, American, Italian, and Japanese. Be our guest and enjoy all that the magnificent Southwest has to offer!

Owner and condo were outstanding. Owner was extremely helpful. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable unit in a beautiful area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The condo is everything it claimed to be in the write-up and we plan to stay there again next year. The location of the condo is perfect, and accessibility to Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon trailheads for hiking was great. Grocery store, Starbucks, and several restaurants, were just a quarter of a mile away. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.
