This spacious 3-story, 3900 square foot private house has three levels and is perfect for a family get-together at the Jersey shore. Beach-block and just 3 houses in, you'll have an easy walk and no hassles with driving and parking to enjoy this beautiful stretch of beach.
The first floor has a spacious, airy foyer with sitting area, two large bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. It is quiet and out of the way of the rest of the house. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The second floor features a large kitchen, dining room and great room with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, island kitchen, large TV, DVD/CD Player with Stereo, and a large deck with outdoor deck furniture including a large dining set to dine al fresco on cool summer nights. There are also two generous bedrooms (one king-size bed and one queen-size bed), a laundry room, and one and a half baths on this floor.
The third floor is the Hemingway Suite and features a huge master bedroom with a King size bed, a gas fireplace, a wet bar with sink, cabinets, and a small refrigerator, sitting area, a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, Cable TV, separate heating/air conditioning zone. There is a second bedroom on this floor with two twin beds that share the bathroom if needed.
The house is located three lots in from the beach on a dead end street allowing safe easy walks to the beach along the public decked walk way that leads directly to a Lifeguard protected swimming area. There is private parking for at least three cars in the front and two in the back. Fun all season round.

This home is every bit as lovely as the pictures...even more so. It is beautifully furnished and everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. The entry is a great place to leave your shoes and all your beach items. The bedrooms are all very spacious. The master bedroom is huge and a nice quiet refuge. I was very impressed with the beach....it is sooo wide! We really enjoyed being so close to AC and went over there a couple of nights. The owner was fantastic to work with. Communication was prompt and she couldnt have been more accommodating. It is a beautiful home....you will not be disappointed if you spend your vacation here!! I look forward to spending many more vacations here!!

This property description and photos should answer all questions. The house, amenities, location and town are amazing. There are three things that I would like to comment on. The house has a wonderful floor plan. The main floor had plenty of room for us all to be together and not be on top of each other. The bedrooms were not small and a great haven to escape to. Secondly, the keyless entry was a god send. Very easy to set and easy to use. Lastly, the owners of this property were gems. We created a small problem and they were more than fair in dealing with us. I greatly appreciate their honesty, concern, and pride they take in their property. Hence, I highly recommend this property!

Great location, nice big, comfortable house. Stayed last year with extended family and kids and really enjoyed this house and the beautiful beach. We had lots of room for all the adults and kids to comfortably relax. The deck is nice. Looks just like the picture. The entrance to the dunes is just steps away, and the beach here is wide and picture perfect.

We stayed in this wonderfully spacious house last summer. With four families we felt like we could all find a spot to be alone or together. The owners were very responsive to our needs, and we had a wonderful week. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The location is TERRIFIC, just a short walk down a nice path to the wide open beach and a life guard stand. Perfect for us and our kids. The outdoor shower was really helpful after a day in the sand. We enjoyed the casino night life in nearby AC. We also took a fabulous day trip to Lucy the Elephant in Margate and then on to Ocean City for fun on the boardwalk. The house is in walking distance to the most delicious bakery and some nice restaurants and shops (ice cream too). All in all, we had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly!

my family of 12 stayed at this brigantine beach house the first week of august 2010 the house is just perfect for a large family no one felt crowded and the two balconies were an added bonus! the layout of the house afforded private space when wanted and the house was decorated in a beautiful but comfortable manner we were steps from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants! we would recommend this house to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay on a beach vacation

We just returned from a week at this beach rental. We were four families and found the house spacious, clean and with all the right amenities. The walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and parks were a plus! Although there were carpet stains, fridge space was limited and the dishwasher didn't roll exactly right overall our stay was excellent. Thank you for a fun family vacation!
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed your stay at our warm and comfortable beach house. We did many upgrades to the house this spring including the convenient ResortLock keyless entry system. Brand new carpets will be installed for the 2011 season. We visited the house after your stay and noticed a wheel off the lower rack in the dishwasher and will be replacing that as soon as possible. The kitchen refrigerator is over 28 Cubic Feet (larger than standard) and there is a second fridge in the master suite as well; which should work for most. Glad you were able to relax with your extended family at our seashore retreat.

last weekend 6/18-6/21 2010,my family and i had an experience that we would never forget,we stayed at this beautiful beach home,where everything was perfect,the photos don,t even come close to the real thing when you walk in there is a warm homely vibration,love was put into the decor,who could ask for anything more.

We had a great time staying at your house. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We are definitely planning on coming back to stay next summer. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings and having breakfast there in the morninigs. Thank you once again for sharing this wonderful beach house with us.

After renting this home for a week 2 years in a row, guess it's about time we put our comments on "paper"! We went with 3 households totaling the 12-person limit (ages 4 through 84!)--found there was plenty of space for all in this beautifully maintained home. Everything is very clean, beds are in very good condition, and the appliances work well. Didn't have use of the whirlpool the 2nd year & found a shortage of drinking glasses as others had broken them previously! Owner just told us to buy some & we were reimbursed. The separate air-conditioning zones were a MUST & did a good job! Beach is close but is so big that the walk takes a few minutes. There is a wood walkway through the dunes--which helps. Can walk to a well-rated casual seafood restaurant & a yummy ice cream store which is fun especially in the evening. Mini golf is also a couple blocks away. We were able to contact the owner any time there was a question about how something worked or where something was. However, most answers are right in their welcome book. We're really looking forward to going again!

We stayed at this gorgeous rental home in the summer of 2004. We had three families here and all of us had a blast. The home is large and beautifully decorated making you feel like you are really on a vacation. The kids had plenty of room to play, watch TV and best of all it's VERY close to the beach. We are coming again for a week in the Summer of 2005. Thank you for everything!
