This new spacious 3900 square foot six bedroom private shore house is perfect for the family to get together at the NJ shore. Just 3 houses from the beach it features a large kitchen and huge great room on the second floor with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, island kitchen, large TV, DVD/CD Player with Stereo, and a large deck with ocean views. There are also two generous bedrooms (one king-size bed and one queen-size bed), a laundry room, and one and a half baths on this floor.

The Hemingway Suite IS the third floor and features a huge room with a King size bed, a gas fireplace, a wet bar with sink, cabinets, and a small refrigerator, coffee machine, sitting area, a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, Cable TV, separate heating/air conditioning zone. There is a second bedroom on this floor with two twin beds that share the bathroom if needed.

The first floor has the foyer, two large bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. It is quiet and out of the way of the rest of the house. All rooms have ceiling fans.

The house is located three lots in from the beach on a dead end street allowing safe easy walks to the beach along the public decked walk way that leads directly to a Life guard protected swimming area. There is private parking for at least three cars in the front and two in the back. Fun all season round.

* No "prom week/weekend" availability

* Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. Ask About Linen Service.
* No Pets allowed for the benefit of all our tenants.
* Check-in at 2 pm and Check-out at 11 am.
* The occupancy limit is 12 including children.

  • We had a great time staying at your house. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We are definitely planning on coming back to stay next summer. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings and having breakfast there in the morninigs. Thank you once again for sharing this wonderful beach house with us.

  • After renting this home for a week 2 years in a row, guess it's about time we put our comments on "paper"! We went with 3 households totaling the 12-person limit (ages 4 through 84!)--found there was plenty of space for all in this beautifully maintained home. Everything is very clean, beds are in very good condition, and the appliances work well. Didn't have use of the whirlpool the 2nd year & found a shortage of drinking glasses as others had broken them previously! Owner just told us to buy some & we were reimbursed. The separate air-conditioning zones were a MUST & did a good job! Beach is close but is so big that the walk takes a few minutes. There is a wood walkway through the dunes--which helps. Can walk to a well-rated casual seafood restaurant & a yummy ice cream store which is fun especially in the evening. Mini golf is also a couple blocks away. We were able to contact the owner any time there was a question about how something worked or where something was. However, most answers are right in their welcome book. We're really looking forward to going again!

  • We stayed at this gorgeous rental home in the summer of 2004. We had three families here and all of us had a blast. The home is large and beautifully decorated making you feel like you are really on a vacation. The kids had plenty of room to play, watch TV and best of all it's VERY close to the beach. We are coming again for a week in the Summer of 2005. Thank you for everything!

  • This is the best house we have ever had for our annual family get together (we range from a 3 year old to an 83 year old grandpop)- I had the feeling you had been in a lot of beach houses and picked the best features from each for this home - we had together spaces, private spaces, TV's for baseball and kids movies, and best of all just "space", no one was in anyone elses way - and the beach at 43rd street is wide,the kids could "walk" to Atlantic City, no need to ride through the town for anything but the Pirates Den and Church - we are positively coming back the 2nd week of August in '05 and want this house again!!     Welcome to 331 43rd Street guest book. We hope you enjoy your stay here. Please locate the info notebook to answer some questions you have and the guest book for comments on previous guests. You may also enter comments on this web guest book. The combination of Brigantine and Atlantic City (AC) should provide fun for all of our guests. Be sure to check with events happening in AC. There are various shows and performers in relatively small forums making it worth the trip. Most of the good performances sellout so book tickets in advance. Lots and lots of beach. If you like to eat check out the all you can eat buffet for $24.99 at Harrah's this is worth the visit. Enjoy Brigantine, Wayne
