  I love this house. It is so comfortable and roomy. I would definitely recommend Sweet Emmas to everyone I know. Fran has thought of everything! We actually could not find a single thing that Fran didn't have available to us. Can't wait to stay @ Sweet Emma's again!

  What a great place to stay! Sweet Emma's is a quaint, spacious, well cared for home on the edge of Boulder Junction. The house is immaculately clean and is equipped with anything you may need for your stay including towels, coffee pot, kitchen utensils, etc. We enjoyed a bonfire in the fire-pit in the evenings and an afternoon on the paddle boat on the Manitowish River, launched from Sweet Emma's very own dock. Bicycles are also available for rent to take on the extensive paved bike trails in the area. If you are looking for places to eat then Headwaters is right across the river & there are numerous places to enjoy in town- The Granary, Boulder Beer Bar, The Outdoorsman, and many more that we haven't tried yet. Thank you Fran for providing a wonderful place to stay & being such a great hostess. We'll be back!

  WE STAYED FOR AN EXTENDED WEEKEND IN OCTOBER 2010. IT WAS CLOSE TO TOWN AND WE COULD GET TO THE BIKE TRAIL EASILY FROM THE PROPERTY. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH SWEET EMMA'S. THIS HOUSE WAS COZY AND SUPER CLEAN. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED. DECORATED NICELY AND NOT OVERDONE. IT WAS SPACIOUS AND WITH 2 NICE BATHROOMS IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR A LARGER GROUP. FRAN WAS A GREAT HOSTESS. I GOT A FLAT TIRE ON MY BIKE AND SHE EVEN OFFERED US THE BIKES TO USE FROM THE GARAGE. WE LIKE THE BOULDER BEER BAR FOR OUR MEALS. WE FREQUENT MCGANN'S WINE BAR AFTER OUR BIKE RIDE OR IN THE EVENING. GOT TO MEET SOME OF THE LOCALS AT MCGANN'S AND WE ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME WITH THE OWNERS ELLEN AND DENNY. WE PLAN ON RETURNING TO SWEET EMMA'S IN 2011. BOULDER JUNCTION HAS BEEN OUR VACATION SPOT FOR MANY YEARS. IT IS A QUAINT TOWN THAT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. IT HAS THE BEST BIKE TRAIL. WE RIDE FROM BOULDER JUNCTION TO CRYSTAL LAKE AND BACK. IT IS AN AWESOME RIDE.

  We had a family reunion in July and this home had everything imaginable that could be wanted. Very comfortable for everyone. Beautiful setting and gardens. Caring homeowner that rented to us. Easy access to everything. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!
