Welcome to our beach condo! Enjoy your stay at our home away from your home.

This luxurious and spacious condo is a desirable corner unit on the 9th floor with a breathtaking view of the ocean from every room. Being the corner of the building and so close to the roof, seagulls and pelicans are in arm’s reach, while you enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean waves. The beautiful view of the river side can also be seen from the side windows. A large balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom via sliders. Sanibel is located next to the no-driving beach and a pier where there is a good restaurant.

This 2,426 sq ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two king size beds and two full size beds. It is one of the largest units in Sanibel and includes a balcony of 219 sq ft. There is a sofa bed in the den. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet, the master bathroom has a whirl pool and a separate shower, and the other two bathrooms have tubs and showers. It has a spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. This condo has its own washer and dryer. The unit has free domestic long-distance phone calls, 4 flat-screen TVs with build-in DVDs, cable TV with HDTV channels, and high speed internet. The unit has one indoor parking space. Extra parking spaces are available in the front of the building.

Sanibel was built in 2007 for luxury with 11 floors, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, club & card room, BBQ grilling area, and a deck by the beach. Each unit is privately owned and our unit is also managed by a professional property management company to assist your needs for your comfortable stay with high quality of service.

Daytona Beach is one of the best beaches in Florida. Its broad sugar sand beach and long shallow shoreline are ideal for various beach activities: swim, surf, fish, sunbath, walk, bike, play volleyball and soccer. There are fantastic restaurants and shopping centers, yet it is not crowded. It is about one hour to Orlando for theme parks and for air travel, Kennedy Space Center, National Canaveral Seashore, St. Augustine, and many other beaches. It is just a few miles away from the Daytona Speedway.
