  I recently stayed at the unit for the Florida Ironman. The unit is in a great location, close to the action but nice and quiet. It was very clean and had all the amenities of home. We did not want for anything while we were there! Communication with the owner was great and the rates were excellent for a newish 2 Bedroom apartment. Highly recommended!!

  We were quite impressed with the Condo and the trip. The condo is everything that is described in the description of the property and more. It is a really nice place to stay. It is more like home than a condo rental. We found the owners to be extremely helpful and nice. They contacted us before we arrived to check to make sure everything was presentable and cleaned. They followed up with a visit before we left. The condo comes with most everything one could want from beach chairs, to grill, to a cart to carry things to the beach, to fishing equipment. I am sure I did not cover everything there. What was also helpful was the binder naming activities, eating and shopping places etc. We found that to be really great as well as other people's experiences with these and more. We really can not say enough good things about this. If you are having second thoughts about booking this place, there is no need to worry or entertain those. You can look but doubt that you will find anything that will come close to this. The advice alone on the things to see and do there is invaluable. I would definitely say it is the place to stay. We did not know the owners and it was the first time for renting a condo cold turkey over the internet. We were a skeptical about doing this but decided to give it a try anyway. We are so glad we did. You will be too when you stay here.

  Our family had a great stay. The weather was beautiful, the condo was in good condition and near many restaurants and other attractions. The beach was awesome and within a short walking distance to the white sand beach. The kids got to swim with dolphins in the ocean right off the beach. We certainly got what we paid for. Thank you to the owners for making sure our stay was pleasant.

  I thought the condo was wonderful! I took my three children (3, 7, 15) on vacation and this place was perfect for us. How nice for everyone to have somewhere that felt like home. The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great spot. Everything that we needed was provided and the kids and I were sad to go. I didn't think about it when I booked it but what a bonus that it is on the ground floor, right in front of where you park. I can't imagine that I will ever stay in a hotel on vacation again after this experience. The town had everything, the beach was amazing and the condo allowed us to be together (and apart) with ease. Thank you so much for a great place to hang our hats. We all came home rested and with tons of fun stories and memories.

  We had a great time. The condo was very welcoming, very clean and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent location. Anything we needed was very close. There are attractions to make everyone happy close by. The beaches are Beautiful! The only problem is now our son wants to move there:) We can't wait to visit again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

  This condo is definately everything you see in the pictures and so much more. We just spent almost a week here and could have stayed forever. Location is perfect, condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. We will definately be making this a yearly vacation spot for sure. My husband and I were lucky enough to have met the owners and they are a wonderful couple. We are definately recommending this condo to friends and co-workers as a must visit destination and look forward to hearing how much they enjoyed it as well. We enjoyed the beach, pool, amusement park that was walking distance as well as venturing over the Hathaway Bridge into Panama City were we ate at a local spot, across from the community college, called ScuttleButts. They had the most amazing deep fried oysters, pickles and raw oysters on the half shell that was only $1.99 per dozen. It was the cheapest around and the size and quality was the best we'd had. Also, don't forget to try your luck at Ebro Greyhound Park which we do every trip on Tuesday night for free admission along with $1 hot dogs and $1 beverages. I could go on forever about how great our stay was but you'll have to try it out for yourselves so you'll understand why. Thanks again Chuck and Bettye for opening up your home away from home for us to enjoy.

  This condo is decorated beautifully & had everything we needed for our stay. It's right in the middle of everything, but quiet. The owner is so very sweet & helpful. Can't wait to come back and we will be staying here again!

  I love the neatness, cleanliness and layout of this condo. It was perfect and it look as it shows in the pictures, everything looked new. A safe environment and quite neighborhood. A short walk to the white sandy beaches and no crowd at all even on Spring break. Courtous owners answered every question definately my boys and I will return.
