We have stayed before in another house that the owner have before. We spent a great week in this very beautiful and comfortable house with all the amenities needed to feel good. The house is quiet neighborhood and is equipment with everything you need. The huge hedge and fence surrounding the garden and pool provide a feeling of privacy and tranquility. The owner is extremely discreet but is always there to answer our questions. Everything was organized for our home and our private pool comfort. It allowed us to enjoy the weather, refresh and avoided the crowds on the beaches. The children enjoyed their holidays! I recommend this address to couples seeking tranquility, with or without children.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We could not have been more pleased with your home. We have come to Fort Lauderdale for the week of Thanksgiving at least 5 times and this is definately our favorite. There was absolutely nothing missing. We entertained guests for Thanksgiving Dinner and found the kitchen to be so near being at home, it was fabulous. The rest of the week was so enjoyable with the ideal location, great walks, and the wonderful pool and yard. We would recommend this place to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed here for a 10 day period and loved it. This house is fantastic, very clean and very well maintained, having stayed at a lot of rental peoperties in the area this is definitely in the top two. Me, my partner, another friend and two dogs had a wonderful time at this property. The listing and photos were spot on. The property was close to the beach and Las Olas Blvd. We couldn't have asked for a better property. I would completely recommend this property to friends and family. We had such an enjoyable time we plan to come back to the same property next year. Louise was a joy to talk and work with on this property. Adults, teenagers and children... we all had a lot of fun. The teenagers walked to the beach whenever they wanted, the children enjoyed the pool everyday and the adults did both!. It was great to be so close to the beach and we could walk at night around enjoyed the beutiful views. The house had a lot of needed supplies and the owner was always nice and anjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to enjoy Fort Lauderdale at its full.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had 8 family members on our vacation and all agree THIS WAS THE PLACE TO BE!!! It is the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The accommidations were more than enough. It is centrally located to everything. The photos do not do this house justice. Most of all the owner was the most punctual, polite, make you feel welcomed person I have ever delt with in the 5 years I have used VRBO for vacations. I would highly recommend this rental, no doubt the best we have ever stayed at!!!! We all loved the place. Me, my husband, our daughter, her husband and two children stay with us. There was plenty of room for us all, even with the occasional visits from relatives that were down for the same wedding we were. We were so close the the beach, shops and resturants that we didn't have to get in the car much. It was a short walk to the canal so that we could watch the yachts and sail boats pass by. Everything was wonderful at the house--we didn't lack for anything. The kids loved the pool. They said this was the best vacation ever. my family and i were in Fort Lauderdale recently and decided that we did not want to stay in a hotel and would rather try out VRBO....we had a phenomenal experience. my wife and i were nervous as it was our first VRBO experience...the fact that the owner responded quickly to emails and phone calls was reassuring...she made sure that we were all set up upon arrival. when we got to the house, we could not have been more pleased. the house is in an upscale, gated community that is literally a 10 min walk across the bridge to the beach and main area of FL. the house itself was clean, well taken care of and incredibly well appointed (with ample staples like toilet paper, napkins, coffee, etc...). we had plenty of room for our family of 5...everyone could stretch out and not get in each other's way! the pool was terrific and the owner provided ample floats, toys, etc...to keep the kids happy... all in, we would definitely stay there again...VRBO is the way to go and this house is a find... thanks so much for making our stay so great...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is one of the best appointed and maintained vacation homes that we've ever rented. The house is extremely livable in a beautiful neighborhood minutes from the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale with many great shops and restaurants. Our family stayed in this beautiful house for two weeks. The house is perfect size and well planned. We have two children and also had a guest living with us. The interior is fresh and tasteful. The house is planned very well. Standing in the kitchen, we had a perfect view over the garden with the pool (with a safety fence around it) where our two children enjoyed themselves with the pool toys for hours every day. We practically stayed at the house during our whole vacation. In the days laying by the pool reading and eating lunch in the garden and in the evenings having barbecues with friends. The neighborhood is the best in Fort Lauderdale, just a few minutes walk to the beach where it is perfect to take a run in the morning. Also close to Las Olas Boulevard with nice coffee shops, bakeries, shops and all the restaurants you need. We didn´t want to go back home and will come back as soon as we can!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

How lucky we are to have found such a gem of a vacation rental! We stayed in this lovely home for 17 days, and didn't want to leave! My 3 children enjoyed the beautiful pool and all that the home had to offer! I absolutely loved the kitchen, as it is a perfect entertaining spot. The granite countertops,upscale appliances, bright and airy atmosphere,and adjoining T.V. room, made me feel as if I could hang out there all day! I had a perfect view of the backyard and the swimming pool. Back in NY, I have a view of my neighbors house :-( The bottom line: We will definitely return as soon as we can! Also, I would like to thank Louise for being such a gracious host. She really made a trip to Ft. We stayed 2 weeks in april 2011 in this incredible house. With a pool (which could be fenced in as a protection for smaller kids) and a small garden our kids activated them selves all day. The area is very nice and only a short walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to las olas restaurants. This house is ideal if you like easy access to your activities. Small details like washing powder, wifi, food spices, candels, pool toys for the kids etc. made our stay very memorable. We will definitely come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed here this past February and enjoyed it more than anyplace we have stayed in the Fort Lauderdale area. The house is beautifully maintained, very comfortable and in a great location. The beach and downtown area are just a short walk away and even the neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk. We are looking forward to staying here again next winter.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had the lovely experience of staying at this house during our vaccation in December. We all (a familly of four), really enjoyed it. During the morning we could enjoy the beach and fun,return for a peaceful afternoon by the pool to pick up some more energy for everything that the area has to offer for a great evening. The days that we did water activities all day, we spent the evening BBQ-ing at our patio. The house was clean, beautiyful, but most important very private. Close to fun and noise, but none to be heard at night.
