The beaches are beautiful and the pool is clear and well maintained. Summer and winter rates available. During winter months come and enjoy for a whole month at a time. My husband, best friends and I have stayed here the past 2 summers. It's hard to find an affordable place right on the beach, but this is it! The description is accurate, it is only 200 steps to the beach! It's so nice to not have to load up the car and drive to the beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The property manager was always very prompt with any questions or concerns I had. The pool is also very clean and well-maintained, and was never crowded. Gorgeous, uncrowded beach! I would defintiely recommend this place to others. Slides Bar and Grill is a must, they have the best crab cakes!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Kitchen well-equipped and nice big TV. Beach is close and very clean swimming pool. Lighting in one bedroom is dim and closet doors would not close. Sofa needs cleaning but decor is bright and inviting. Washer is very hard to use due to its location (but nice to have one). Need a car here as town is not within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby. We hope to come back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Because of this, we have a unique prespective on Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, that of being long time residents. We also love this area's rich history and spectacular scenery and attractions.

As a longtime resident of NE Florida, we realize that our area has many unique and beautiful attractions that will appeal to a large variety of people. The beaches of Amelia Island are amongst the most beautiful in Florida, and since we enjoy that aspect so much we decided to purchase a villa so that our families can enjoy this for years to come

The fact that we are only 200 steps from the sandy white beaches of Amelia Island with no street or property between our condo and the beach is the biggest benefit we enjoy while staying here ourselves.
