  What a great place to spend a week or two. The Condo was spotless, contained everything you would need and want - even filtered water in the fridge. Bed was soft and towels soft and fluffy, What more could you want except go back and stay longer. We enjoyed the Milner Gardens and the lunch they served. Also the Cuckoo Restaurant in Coombs served delicious meals. We will highly recommend this Condo in Parksville.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We spent two months there this past winter 2013, we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean when we arrived very well equipped well located to down town within walking distance to most amenities also close to the beach area and the board walk. We liked the security parking when we left our car there we were not concerned about finding it broken into next day. We found Kornelia, owner, very easy to talk to and deal with she was very helpful in every witch way. We always enjoyed going to MacDonald's or coffee its nice and handy. We also ate in some of the local restaurants and we found them quite good. My wife and I are both seniors and we hope to come back again in the near future. We also made use of the exercise room downstairs the pool looked very inviting as well. Over all its a great place to stay the pictures are exactly the way it is very nice.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  After a long search through various web sites we found this condo. Kornelia gave us every help with the reservation despite us changing dates at various times. On arrival we found the condo clean and tidy and perfect for our 4 week stay. Everything was there , extra bedding, cleaning materials, fantastice washer and drier. Bathroom had a great shower for me and a tub for my wife. King size bed ws very comfortable. Perfect place to visit the area and find the many many trails. secure parking was also a bonus. We have throroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again . Thank you Kornelia for making our stay so enjoyable. if anyone wants any further information tell them to contact me

  This condo is is very comfortable with all the amenities and more that would would want or need. The central location makes it ideal for access to all parts of this beautiful island. The close proximaty to French Creek Seafood Market makes a great culinary experience to come home to, either BBQ'ing on the deck or cooking on the gas stove! We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone, the price is fair, the location is fantastic, we will go back as the Island is one of our favorite places to unwind. And the owners are great folks to deal with, very accommodating.

  My husband and I stayed here while working on writing travel articles and taking hospitality and art photos of Vancouver Island. I've had the opportunity to stay in many places, and I have to say that the beauty of Vancouver Island will always be one of our favorite places. The condo's location is great for anyone wanting to explore the middle of Vancouver Island, including trips over to the Wild Coast through beautiful old tree forests and pristine lakes with views of alpine mountains. It is only about 90 miles to Victoria as well. The condo offers a secured parking facility, balcony overlooking Parksville where you can watch amazing sun rises, and is close to public transportation, miles of beach, and onsite pool, spa, sauna, and workout room. Kornelia and Don equipped the kitchen with everything you need to cook at the condo including a gas BBQ grill on the balcony. They also provide a book full of travel brochures and maps of the island, games, books, movies, beach chairs, and more. Don and Kornelia are very easy to work with and go out of their way to make everything go smooth for your stay. The only real problem you should have is deciding what to do in the time you have there!

  As first time users of VRBO, renting Kornelia and Don's condo proved to be a very positive experience for our weeklong visit to Parksville. Kornelia was a joy to work with - very helpful and prompt with the arrangements for our stay and in answering any questions that we had. The condo's central location was top notch, only a minute walk to the scenic beachside boardwalk, and offering easy access by car to more distant attractions.This beautiful and homey condo is accurately described and has been thoughtfully supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is truly a wonderful "home away from home" that we hope to visit again. Thank you Korneila and Don!

  My wife and I are from germany and enjoyed one week in your beautiful Condo in Parksville. We made a roundtrip beginning from Calgary via Banff/Jasper/Kamloops/Whistler to Vancouver Island; at least we're looking to an appartment for a week. The condo was very clean. Also, all photos and descriptions corresponded to the reality and exceeded the expectations. This property was in center of Vancouver Island and the possibilities for excursions to Victoria on the south and up north to whale watching and bear watching are very well. Kornelia was very helpful via Email and phone. We have recommended this condo different friends in Germany. If we should be in Vancouver Iceland, we like to rent this Condo of Kornelia again. Thank you and Evelyn again for relaxable days in your beautiful Condo (and country) Have a very good time. Bye

  We stayed there a week and enjoyed this condo very much. Perfect location for our vacation near beach with nice boardwalk, parks, trails and also convenient stores, too. Condo is clean, well organized, well equiped (has more than you need), confortable to stay with high speed internet, secure indoor parking lot and many more. If we visit this island again, we wish to stay there again. Thank you again Kornelia!

  Very comfortable, clean and well equipped condo in a great location situated on a beautiful beach and a great boardwalk for walking - close to everything you need. You should try Bugsy's Restaurant while you are there. Thanks for the memories! We would stay there again but not in the summer as it faces west towards the hot sun and is too warm without A/C. It was just how the owners said it would be and they were very helpful in organizing our stay with keys etc.
