WHY LOOK ANY FURTHER? This home has it all. It's as close to Disney as you can get and offers features most homes don't have. It also provides a retreat when the parks are crowded or you just want to relax. It truly is different. One of the things that attracted us to it was its privacy and waterfront. Seclusion was important to us and this home has it. Even so, you can often see fireworks taking place in the DISNEY PARKS from our pool.
Located just over four miles west of the Disney main gate, this home features four bedrooms, three full baths, an enclosed heated pool with Jacuzzi, marble floors, Ping-Pong, bicycles, air hockey, darts, a crib, stroller, a master bedroom balcony, and lots of amenities not typically found in rental homes. Two of the four bedrooms are located upstairs - each with its own private bath.
The master bedroom also features a balcony that overlooks the pool with a waterfront view and his-n-her showers in marble with brass fixtures. The second bedroom upstairs has a window seat and its own bathroom, too. The first floor offers two more bedrooms and another full bath. The living room and foyer are finished in white marble while a glass/marble fireplace separates the living room from the family room. The family room faces the kitchen on one end and the pool on the other. The entire first floor features an open look with 15-foot cathedral ceilings.
The children's rooms are decorated to feature Mickey Mouse and the 101 Dalmatians in an effort to capture some of the Magic associated with this special part of the world. Our home will comfortably accommodate eight people.
BED ARRANGEMENTS: one king, one queen, four twins, and a double-size sleeper sofa.
ENTERTAINMENT: stereo/multiplex and CD player with speakers in every room including the pool and deck, over 30 videos ("Now Showing"), electronic darts, bicycles, Ping-Pong, Nintendo 64 with lots of games, and an air hockey table. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CDs.
AMENITIES: dishwasher, microwave, blender, full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, an answering machine, two VCRs, two 27-inch stereo TVs, TV/VCR in master bedroom, ironing board and iron. Desk and phone jack for laptops. Heated pool and Jacuzzi with easy to use controls.
INFANT ACCESSORIES: private crib room off the master bedroom with a crib, stroller, highchair, blankets, lamp/cassette recorder, and bumper set. Disney plates and utensils, "tippy" cups and glasses - even a Mickey Mouse toaster and a table and chairs for those age seven and under.
