Beautiful, new apartment on a complex located on top of a hill with mountain views of El Yunque Tropical Rainforest. From the complex you can see the ocean at a distance. Has green areas with benches where you can sit to enjoy the breeze, look at the scenery and stargaze at night. Very clean and quiet area with 24 hour security.
Excellent location, 10 minutes away from El Yunque Tropical Rainforest, 5 minutes away from two of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico, Luquillo and Seven Seas in Fajardo. Five minutes away from Las Croabas, where you can enjoy fresh seafood or take a kayak or snorkeling tour, and from the Las Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse, which you can visit by appointment only through the Fideicomiso de Conservacion de PR. This visit is strongly recommended.
It is located five minutes away from El Conquistador Hotel and Casino, which you can visit if you are in a gambling mood. This hotel has also an 18-hole golf course. Lots of shopping areas, including the Canovanas Outlets, and restaurants nearby. Public transportation in the area is very difficult. A rental car is a must to fully enjoy the area. Apartment has two parking spaces. Easily accessible from the San Juan Airport and there is easy access to major roads.
Fajardo is the home base town for the Inter American University, Fajardo Campus, and most importantly to the ferry boats going to the Islands of Vieques and Culebra. A visit to these two islands is worthwhile, particularly to Culebra's Flamenco Beach, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the WORLD!
