Mingo Manor –
Sprawling 5 bedroom 5 bathroom Destin vacation Rental. Mingo Manor has it all! From the spacious floor plan to the massive pool deck you’ll have plenty of space for the whole family and then some!
The ground level has a two car garage where you will find a 4 seater golf cart charged up and ready to roll down to the beach. The beach is only a 3 minute walk down non-trafficked roads but we thought the golf cart would be a nice addition! On that level you will find a huge pool deck with plenty of space and furniture for lounging about and soaking up the sun. Complete with spill over hot tub (pool heat is $25 per day plus tax) this deck has it all!
Head on up the steps for the main level of the home. Here you will find oversized decks on the south side of the home with outdoor seating and gulf views. Entering the home you walk into the main living space just of the deck to find a 50 inch flat screen so you won’t miss the ball game and seating for 10 (queen sleeper sofa in this den) This opens up into one big great room with dining area, bar seating a top notch kitchen.
There are three bedrooms on this level; king suite with a day bed a full bathroom, another bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.
The top level of the home is the king’s quarters! King Master Suite with private gulf view balcony and queen sleeper sofa. Full bath with walk in shower.
new addition! Ground level has been fully renovated adding a bonus living room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, bunk room with a double/twin bunk and an additional twin bed!
Mingo Manor is in ideally located half a mile from the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort and half a mile from the Silver Sands factory outlet mall. You will have no trouble being as busy or relaxed as you want to be!
