This was the second year that we stayed in this townhouse. We came back for all the reasons we mentioned last year. It was very clean, well stocked for our needs, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was very convienent for all we wanted to do. We also really appreciated the double garage for parking and for storage. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Gail and Jay for a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+.

We just returned from a month stay at this beautiful townhouse. We found it to be spotlessly clean which we really appreciated. The owners were very helpful and kept in contact with us. We appreciated the double garage for easy access to our car and for storing golf clubs, gifts, etc. The location was excellent because of the close proximity to Highway 60 and 202. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We hope to stay again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our month stay at this VRBO rental. The location is great - the neighborhood quiet and safe. The layout of the unit is spacious with lots of room to spread out. Everything is well supplied, and the decor is quite nice. The kitchen is completely equipped, and the three beds are very comfortable. Jay and Gail were great to work with and answered our questions promptly. We hope to stay here again in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: We fell in love with the Mesa area and purchased this townhome to enjoy and to share with others. The whole Phoenix area is wonderful and the weather is beautiful! My wife is a retired high school teacher and I am retired from the paper industry.
