  The home is perfectly designed for entertaining and living for a family. The house has two entertainment areas which allow adults and kids to both enjoy their own space. Master on the main with additional 3 large bedrooms on the 2nd level each with a private bath The spa, pool, and outdoor kitchen makes for a great gathering place for eating and playing. Third level of porch has a fabulous viewing space of the ocean and rooftops. The house is located only steps from the beach. Look forward to returning soon !!!!

  We stayed at Villa Capri during the "off" season in late February. We wanted to stay in Rosemary Beach and we wanted a home with a pool and spa. The owner of Villa Capri is also the person that manages the property. She is an outstanding communicator. We knew it would be a positive experience. The property is nestled in the southern section (of 30A) of Rosemary Beach. Everything you want in RB is accessible by foot. Villa Capri is right on the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. As previously stated, we chose VC because we wanted a home with a pool and spa. After really getting to know RB we realized that there are not many reasonably priced homes with pools available for rent at RB. The finishes in the home are really top notch. The kitchen is very nice. Of note - is the ice machine (a huge plus) and the Wolf range/oven. We cooked almost every night. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, so don't bring any knives, pots, pans, etc. We will definitely go back to RB and rent Villa Capri again.

  The perfect getaway!!! My husband and I (along with our 2 beagles) have rented Capri 4x in the last year. We love Rosemary Beach and have been renting pet friendly homes here for years. Capri is by far our favorite pet friendly rental. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Capri scheduled for November. This house is well laid out, nicely decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The courtyard is completely enclosed with a patch of pine straw (perfect for your 4 legged family member.) The usable space with this home is doubled with an incredible indoor living area as well as an incredible outdoor living areas as well. It includes outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, fridge, sink along with a great porch, pool and whirlpool tub. Just a boardwalk stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Park your car and walk/bike your entire stay. If you visit once, you will definitely want to return.

  We had a wonderful visit at the Rosemary Beach Capri. The owner was extremely quick to respond to questions we had. One day the pool heater was not working and she had a pool guy there about 15 minutes later to fix it. The house is so much nicer than it shows in the pictures. It is located on a cul-de-sac which was a great place for our smaller kids to ride their bikes while we played BAGGO/corn hole. The courtyard area is AWESOME. We ate several meals out there and having the private pool was great for swims in the evening or early morning while the adults were preparing meals. The Barbados pool is about a 1 minute walk one direction and the SUGAR SHAK is about a 2 min walk in the other. The beach was about a 3-4 minute walk down the boardwalk, never getting on the main roads. There is a wagon at the house that is helpful for all the beach gear. We loved our visit and would look forward to a return trip to Rosemary Beach Capri!!

  The pictures do not do it justice. The house is super nice! It is very clean and organized and well kept. We LOVED the courtyard with the outdoor kitchen and the pool and hot tub! Unique! It truly is an extension of the home and where we spent most of our time. The little fridge outside kept our beverages ice cold! We also loved having a stand alone ice maker in the main kitchen. It was the perfect place for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 13, 12, 7) or we easily had enough room to share with another family. The beds were comfortable and we love that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a flat screen and a deck with a spiral staircase to the widows walk. So our girls had the whole 2nd floor to themselves! Love that! It's the perfect location. The boardwalk beside the house is a straight shot to the beach. It's right in between the Barbados pool and the Sugar Shak on Rosemary Square which is where our girls spent a lot of their time! We rented bikes for our girls and they were all over the place and we felt very safe. The food at Seagrill is hands down the best around. They just hired a new chef and the food is to die for! The fitness trail is great...just follow the little markers with arrows if you want a great workout...runs right beside the Capri. I can't say enough good things about it! We love everything about it & we will definitely be back!

  Much prettier in person than the pictures...location is great....close to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. We didn't drive anywhere! Has one of the biggest courtyards I saw. We walked around Rosemary and I did not see a house with as big of a courtyard or with a pool and jacuzzi tub! We have already reserved again for this summer. Dog friendly...big plus!

  The Capri was perfect for our family. We had 2 adults and three teenagers and we all enjoyed all of the luxuries this home had to offer. Our girls loved the spiral staircase to the roof, and made several star and sunset watching trips up there in the evenings. Excellent location, just steps away from the Barbados pool and the beach! The rental company was very easy to deal with, and took good care of us. A+

  My husband and I along with our dog spent a week over the Christmas holiday in this fantastic home! This home is absolutely phenominal! We really enjoyed this large, clean, very modern Tuscany style home! The pictures on the website do it no justice compared to actually staying there. The house was equipped with all the modern conveniences of an upscale getaway. The living area on the first and second floor had large flat screen tv's. The pool was heated and the whirlpool was amazing. We barely left this home except to walk a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. This is a vacation spot for anyone who wants to be treated like royalty! And....we are so appreciative that this home is pet friendly. We had an amazing vacation celebrating 20 years together and our pup's 1st birthday. And to the owner, thank you for your gracious hospitality! We will tell our friends and we will be back!

  I stayed at Rosemary Beach Capri for a girls weekend during the Taste of the Beach. The house is a really stellar and comfortable house, and has everything for people who like wine! The house was close enough to the green where the Rosemary Beach Brunch was being held and we could listen to the band play from the courtyard. It's really close to the beach from the boardwalk and near the Barbados pool and the restaurants. I recommend this home for families or singles as it provides several "get-away" places inside and outside the house. Loved it!
