  My family and I was impressed with the beauty, comfort and convenience of this three bedroom, three bath condominium. We love Hawaii, but get tired of the hustle and bustle of Wakiki and find Ko Olina as a peaceful alternative. The owner is very easy to deal with and our family will be a frequent visitor. You can't go wrong renting this beautiful unit.

  We stayed at the Beach Villas 2 years ago but this particular villa was very nice. It had all the amenities that we needed in the kitchen and a very comfortable and nice round dining table that was perfect for the 6 of us. Not all the villas has a table and chairs to eat breakfast on the Lanai but this villa does. We would wake up in the morning and sit on the Lanai eating our breakfast while watching the lagoon from our view. It was perfect! The beds were heavenly! All the beds in the rooms felt new because they were very comfortable and the bed sheets were modern. Our kids are 4 and 7 so they didn't need a playpen or highchair but those were available in the closet for use if families needed them. However, we did use the boogie boards as we surfed on the waves in Kailua Beach and brought the beach chairs to the lagoons as we sat enjoying the sunset. Khanh, the owner was very helpful and made sure the accomodations were to our comfort. I came back and within 3 days, the deposit check was sent back to me. She's very organized, pleasant and easy to work with. We plan to come back and when we do, our family would definitely want to come back to this villa.

  We stayed at this Villa for a week during April. We had 3 different couples and it was perfect for our situation because each room has at least a queen size bed along with 3 bathrooms. There are great views of the ocean and the unit is stocked with all of amenities you would look for. Khanh was especially great to work with. His responses were timely and he was very proactive with his communication. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

  I recently came back from a 10 day vacation at this beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, 5 star villa and resort with my family. We loved the laid back island feel at this resort and area and I would definitely stay here again in a future trip to Oahu. We all felt like this was a second home...this villa had all the amenities we needed for cooking and for our day at the beach and pools. Shopping for basic food and neccessities were also a short, convenient drive to neighboring Kapolei. We could easily walk to a few shops and restaurants from the Beach Villas and golf across the street was great too. The staff too were very accommodating, helpful and courteous. Thank you Khanh for accommodating us at your wonderful villa and look forward to returning back soon! Wish we didn't have to leave!

  My family and my sisters family stayed in this villa for a week. There were 8 of us total. We had a great time in this beautiful, clean and awesome view villa. The bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable. The kids had a great time at the kiddie pool and we all had a great time at the lagoon. We enjoyed snorkeling and even saw a turtle...it was great. This place is convenient to everything. We shopped at costco for food (about a mile driving) and there is a hawaiian bbq fast food nearby(walking distance) which we liked. The kids liked the ice cream place as well. We also enjoyed the luau at Paradise Cove which is walking distance from the villa. The owner Khanh was really nice. She responded to my email(s) right away. Thanks Khanh for your help and answering all my questions. I highly recommend staying in Koolina and staying at this beautiful villa.

  We stayed at this beautiful condo with 3 kids and 5 adults. It was so spacious and very nicely decorated. Family friendly. Kids loved the pools and the beach was quiet (compared to Waikiki). Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oahu! Thank you to Khahn for your hospitality!

  My family and I take a trip every year for my son's birthday. Every thing about our trip was fantastic. The owner provided all the amenities that you could want and need in the unit. The attention to detail was unlike any other. The views were fantastic and after long days out, it was great to come back to a place that felt like home. Make sure you check the inventory in the kitchen before doing any extra shopping. Many basic items were already there, and we made the mistake of buying more. We are looking forward to our next trip to Ko' Olina and we will definitely rent from Khahn again. Thank you Khahn for the great memories! Tamara

  We just completed a wonderful two week stay at this unit in the Ocean Tower of the Beach Villas. The unit was fantastic and had everything that anyone could want to make the stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect, the view is amazing and the overall experience was beyond my expectations. Thanks for making our stay so nice!!

  We just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful villa. There were seven of us, including my three very small children. This was absolutely the perfect place for us. The villa is clean, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful views, quiet atmosphere and very helpful staff... The owner of this unit was very helpful and responsive - she was very pleasant to work with. There is a closet full of beach toys (shovels, pails, boogie boards, etc.) as well as pack-n-plays and a high chair. The property is also beautiful and well maintained with several nice pools and hot tubs. The beach is perfect for small children. The entire property is non-smoking and they are very strict about this. It is within walking distance to Roy's (great restaurant), Paradise Cove (great luau) and the Island Country markets (few cute stores/eating places). I will continue to recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return next year!

  Your unit was perfect. We try to go to a Hawaiian island every year with my family, and I'm very tempted to return to Oahu again next year just to stay at your wonderful villa. It really was perfect and beautiful. We have a 4 YO and 2 YO, and the pools and lagoons were perfect for swimming and snorkeling (even saw turtles in lagoon 3). All the details were great -- the sheets and towels were so nice that I'm thinking about shopping for some myself! We rent from owners often, but this was by far one of the best experiences - thank you so much for your hospitality, responsiveness, and wonderful service.

Additional Fees: 13.96% tax, $350 non-refundable cleaning fee

$500 refundable security deposit (refund 5 days after checking out)

$1000 deposit is required upon signing rental contract.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Credit card accept via PayPal with 2.9% fee, 3.9% fee for non-US.

Utility & Cable TV are included in the rent. Free parking.
