This beautiful 2 story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 1719 square foot luxury Tuscan villa sits in the heart of the metro Phoenix area, and is both more open and spacious than most of the nearby houses.
This property lies within a small, quiet gated community mere minutes from almost everything, including the vast South Mountain preserve, innumerable golf courses, casinos, the Pointe South Mountain resort, Sun Devil and the various spring training stadiums, Arizona State University, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor airport as well as many restaurants and shopping centers (Arizona Mills and Chandler Fashion Center, among others).
Don't worry about parking on your numerous jaunts, as you have 2 private single-car garages on the first floor, with plenty of parking outside of the development as well. The interior is brilliantly hued, with vibrant colors and faux texturing highlighting all of the surfaces. The flooring is comprised of imported Italian tile and plush carpeting.
The master suite contains a sumptuous king-sized bed and 2 dressers, with western sky views (great for sunsets over South Mountain). 3/31/06: We really enjoyed this condo. It has lots of room and the complex is very quiet. The upstairs washer/dryer were really convenient. The master bedroom is very big as is the master bath and walk-in closet. There were plenty of linens. The high speed internet was a plus for us to hookup to our laptop. Conveniently located to I-10 and stores. The LA Fitness center on the east side of I-10 is great (daily rate paid). The owners and property manager are super nice and helpful.
