About the owner: I am a yacht captain sailing mostly in the Eastern Caribbean. My wife and I built this house for our retirement in a few years. We fell in love with Belize and believe it is the finest the Caribbean has to offer. We would like to share our beautiful home until we can move in ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Placencia Village:
We enjoy sailing, fishing and beautiful beaches. Belize has wonderful people and is still unspoiled. It was a logical choice for us.
