Intracoastal Waterway is permissable for floatplane landing and mooring. Fabulous 24'x24', two story dock for boating, sunbathing. Enjoy the sunrise with your coffee and the moonrise with a favorite beverage. Wonder at the passing porpoises, diving seabirds and schools of sparkling schools of running fish. Dream about the peaceful sailboats and beautiful yachts in the channel.
This is a spacious, comfortable, tiled home with terazzo in the bedrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen, has Corian counter tops and the breakfast bar, is open to the family room. Everything you probably need for entertainIng is there. The French doors in the room face the water and the room has a 45' TV. . Off the TV family room is the laundry room that has top of the line washer and dryer.

There's a pool table room, so bring your favorite cue. Please no smoking in the house.
INTRACOASTAL dock is 24' x 24' and cleats for your boat lines. The beach has room for your canoe / kayak . Some of the wading birds visiting are Ibis,Woodstorks,Sandhill Cranes,Ospreys and Great Blue Herons
The pristine and native,four acre property, that borders on the fresh water Savannas in the west, is loaded with palm trees, native Florida vegetation and butterfly plants. There is a large, circular driveway in front and a fenced, backyard. The 25' x 15' wooden sun porch has a curtained,hot shower, patio table and BBQ. The private,outside shower can also be used as an easy, handy dog shower after a play at the canine friendly Atlantic beach or on our beach. The waterside 1/4 acre, in front of the house, is a grassy and tree lined sloping walk to the mile-wide Indian River Lagoon. We swim in the river and at the public,ocean beach which is about a 5-10 minute drive.

We stayed for just the weekend. Just wanted to get away. WOW what a place so peaceful. The people welcomed us like we were family. What can I say. Beaches,dining,fishing,windsurfing, the list goes on and on! If you are looking for a REAL Florida Experience check it out.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I rented this home for the months of March and April 2011, along with our dog. We have rented various locations up and down the Atlantic coast, but this was one of our favorites. It is located close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping facilities. Home is very clean and well equipped for cooking; has top notch appliances, as well as a spacious deck for grilling and entertaining. It has a wonderful private dock on Indian River for fishing, sunbathing or just enjoying the sights. Owner and hostess of property is very gracious and accommodating.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Enjoying and appreciating this area has been a highlight of my life. It is a slower life than I had growing up in Miami, but my family and grandchildren still have easy access to that when they choose.
Why the Owner Chose Jensen Beach:
The unique location gave us endless opportunities for all Florida outdoor experiences with our four children and multiple dogs. We frequently have out of town company to share our good times outdoors. We love the location, away from the hustle , but close to what we want.
We've been able to experience and learn, boating,windsurfing, sailing, surfing, fabulous fishing. .
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Looking at the water from top floor of the dock, you are likely to watch snook, schools of fish,juvenile crabs and fish under the dock. Out in the water, lots of jumping mullet, and varieties of beach and wading birds feeding. Sometimes the porpoise will swim as close as 100 feet from the dock. Watch the sunrise and the moon rise over Hutchinson Island across the sparking Intracoastal.
