Our condo unit is private and peaceful. Flowers grow on our two balconies and we rarely eat meals inside. The main balcony looks over a lush garden setting with the West Maui Mountains in the background. The trade winds send interesting cloud formations to these mountains. In December, 2014, we remodeled both bath rooms and completely replaced all the indoor floor tile The kitchen was been also updated.
This two bedroom, two bath unit is 1052 square feet. There is no unit on one side or above so there is little noise from neighbors. Our condo has privacy. The upstairs bath has two sinks and an extra large shower. The downstairs bath is smaller but has a bathtub and a shower included. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and a separate lanai with flowers. We have two new LCD flat screen TVs. We also have a closet on the main lanai with boogie boards, beach chairs and children's beach toys. A safe is included for protection of valuables.
This is a low rise, low density development that has two pools, two Jacuzzis, tennis courts and multiple BBQ areas. We have excellent access to all the facilities. The complex is across the street from the famous Kamaole Beaches and is a short drive from other superb beaches, snorkeling spots, golf courses and the Wailea shops.
Our unit offers the comfort of home with a well equipped kitchen. There is an air-conditioner in each bed room and the living room but we find that the fans along with the tropical breezes do quite well. We have been coming to Maui for many years and every time we come, there is another reason to return. Our Hawaiian Tax # is W65650042-01. About the owner: My wife and I have been coming to Maui since 1970 ... the original development of south Maui began after that and my father was a part of it. He moved to Maui for some years and our daughter took her first steps on Kamaole Beach. We owned a condo earlier before purchasing this one.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole: We knew that Maui Kamaole was a unique place with the private garden settings. We also like the layout of our condo with the upstairs bedroom and the vaulted ceiling. We particularly enjoy the view of the West Maui Mountains from our lanai because we are hikers and it reminds us of the mountains that we love in Seattle minus the snow. At Maui Kamaole, we love the fragrance of the flowers.
