Remodeled ground floor unit allows strolling out your door to the pool, ocean, grills, or socializing with friends. Ideal for families who can let the kids run the grounds straight from the back porch. Windsurfers rig outside the door and walk to the water!

This remodeled unit has new appliances, and a clean, inviting atmosphere.

The bedroom has queen-sized bed, living room offers a pull-out sleeper sofa, and there is a guest twin bed. Sleeps up to 5 people. There are two bathrooms, one with tub, the other with shower. The condo has all standard appliances including dishwasher, disposal unit, microwave, washer and dryer, and blender (our favorite!). For entertainment there is a VCR, DVD, CD stereo system, and two televisions. There are two air-conditioning units - in bedroom and living room, and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Condo includes all linens, cookware and utensils.

  • We really enjoyed the stay at the Maui Sunset. Everything advertised is as it says it is. For the cost you are getting more than what you are expecting. This is a very kid user friendly place to stay. The unit is located in the perfect spot for letting the kids play off the lanai. It's not much of a walk to the beach area, pool or grill area. There is plenty of space and all the comforts of home to make it an enjoyable stay. The in-unit washer/dryer is a wonderful convenience. Owner answers all questions and has an awesome webpage. I just want to say thank you to the owners for having this wonderful property available and when we decide to come back to Maui we will definitely call you again. Thank you so much!!!!!!     My wife and I first visited the Maui Sunset in 1998, and returned every year since. The Maui Sunset offers a true relaxing atmosphere with access to any activity you may be interested in. After significant searching we located and purchased this beautifully remodelled unit to use and share with our guests. From experience we insisted on a ground floor unit where we can stroll to the pool, watch our kids from the lanai, or socialize without a trip down the elevator. We hope our guests will enjoy our place as much as we have!
