This is the third time we have vacationed in Brenda's unit and once again we had a fabulous week! The unit is tastefully furnished and very comfortable for our family of four, not to mention the fact the unit is as clean as a pin!! Brenda has always been very quick to answer any questions we have had and she has been very pleasant to work with. We would most certainly recommend this property to our family and friends!!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo. It was simply gorgeous! My first time using VRBO and will not be my last. Great people to work with also and I would highly recommend your condo. we had a wonderful time.. the view from the baclony of the sun rising and setting is sooo breathtaking.. the condo is nicely decorated and the beds are so comfortable, making for an amazing night of sleep..

We had a wonderful time at the condo and the beach! Everything was very nice! Enjoyed it thoroughly! :) We enjoyed McGuire's Restaurant too in Destin, neat place! Captain Anderson's Restaurant was very good too. Thanks again for making our stay a good one! :) Have a Blessed Day! :)

Best Condo and Overall Experience in Panama City Beach!

My family has vacationed in Panama City Beach since I was a kid. Now that I have a family of my own, I am continuing that tradition. I have stayed in many other condos in PCB, and have to say Tropic Winds is the best hands down. We have stayed in other units at Tropic Winds, but 809 is the nicest one we have rented so far. The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has every amenity you could ask for, including high definition TVs, high speed internet and even a cache of last minute toiletries. The view from this unit is the best on the beach! It will truly take your breath away and make for some very romantic photography as it faces the setting sun. When we checked in, the cleanliness of the unit was to our high standards and above. It is VERY well maintained, unlike other condos on the beach. We came for Spring Break and there was absolutely NO "riff-raff". The security here, though non invasive, does a wonderful job of keeping the atmosphere in check. With all of the fun activities within walking distance and the high level of comfort of this unit, our vacation was a dream come true. I HIGHLY recommend renting here and I have requested that my family be put on the list to fill future cancellations. If you want to relax and not worry about ANYTHING during your stay, THIS is the unit to rent!

Beautiful Condo

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful condo. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. We have stayed in 3 other units in this same building, Tropic Winds, and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The first time we stayed here was 2 years ago so I thought this time we would see a little wear, but I was totally wrong. It was as clean and beautiful as it was 2 years ago. It is so well maintained and cleaned it looks like brand new. Everything from the kitchen dished, pots and pans and utensils to the bathroom towels and bedroom mattress and linens are top of the line. Brenda is absolutely wonderful to work with and so accomodating. Our weather this year did not cooperate too well for the first time in 12 years of coming to PCB the same exact week. Thankfully we had this unit to stay in and we still had a wonderful and memorable vacation!! Thanks again Brenda for everything and we hope to stay again next year!!!

My husband and I spent a week in this condo and we had a fabulous time. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. It was very quiet and peaceful. If you enjoy walking, everything is within walking distance, including Pier Park,about 40mins. The elevators are fast. The exercise room was great and very convenient. Absolute best place to stay Panama City Beach!

Even better than we expected! Right off the bat we knew this was the best choice as our honeymoon destination. Other reviews mentioned a fully stocked kitchen - and they were right! It is definitely fully stocked with everything you would need. This unit lacks nothing. The views are breathtaking from the huge balcony. Enjoyed coffee out there in the morning, watching dolphins swim in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Perfect. It made a great honeymoon even better. The unit was not only beautiful but extremely clean. Great parking!! We will definitely be back soon!

Words cannot describe how beautiful this condo is! My family and I spent 6 nights there just last week and I miss it so much! I have stayed in several beach vacation homes throughout the years and this is by far the best. When we first walked in...it blew us away! All I could say was "WOW"! So clean and smells amazing! The beds are like sleeping on big clouds. The view is nothing short of spectacular. I loved all the little details to make you feel at home. It is in the perfect location, close to everything...yet just outside the super busy areas. If you have never been to PCB...you will not be sorry! Tons of things to do and great food!!! We will be back to this condo for sure! Thanks so much Brenda and Mark ;)

If you are going to Panama City, this is the place to stay. It is perfect for families, couples, or a girl friend get a way. The condo is decorated beautifully, the pictures don't do it justice. But the balcony and the view are worth more than words can say, we spent a lot of time there and even saw dolphins as we drank coffee out there. Sitting out there you feel as if its just you and the ocean, very peaceful! Shopping, restaurants, and a grocery are near by. All the comforts of home, only so much better. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo for our week of vacation! We had a great time and the condo is just wonderful!! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Loved the huge balcony with the spectacular view. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing and listening to the waves crash on the shore. The sunsets were amazing!! Great location, no crowds at the beach or the pool. Pier Park is so close with lots of great shopping and fun things to do, especially for the kids. Great restuarants close by too. We loved Sharky's Beachfront Restuarant!! Great atmosphere and right on the beach. By far, this was the best beach condo we have ever stayed at and we cannot wait to come back!!!!

My husband and I rented this condo for the first time in May for our 34th anniversary. It was the most relaxing vacation we've ever experienced. The condo is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony where the view is the very best! So many good places to eat nearby and excellent shopping at Pier Park. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Hours and hours are spent online searching for that special place to spend your hard earned vacation time with family. You really never get the true feel of a place from descriptions and pictures. From the moment we walked in the door of this Tropic Winds unit and saw where we would be spending a week, we felt like we had just scored the winning touchdown! After the "We are on vacation happy dance" in the living room, we settled in to an amazing week at this one of a kind condo. The owners have a definite talent for decorating. The special touches in each room are too numerous to mention, but add up to make you feel at home and at the same time, paradise. The private beach access is unbelievable! Can't wait to stay here again!

This condo is beautiful... a step above the ordinary beach rental... beautiful, soothing decor, first rate accomodations... fantastic ocean view... so relaxing. Don't miss this experience... you will never want to stay anywhere else again. The owners have done a wonderful job making you feel like you are in a special place. We definitely will stay here again and again.... close to great restaurants & shopping, too, and away from the crowds at the beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Thanks so much for the use of your condo on our family's vacation. Our family had a great time and we were very comfortable with the property. The condo itself was perfect for us. It had plenty of room, and was upscale, with color-coordinated furnishings...just beautiful. We never felt rushed. The large balcony was open to the ocean view of waves slowly coming in and out. Very relaxing. Having 24 hr security made us feel safe. Can't wait to ride trolley and the new airport is coming soon. The complex was not crowded and had plenty of parking and convenient elevators. We would recommend this condo to anyone and plan to give you a call back the next time we go to PCB. Thanks again! David and Suze -Nashville
