  loved your condo was beautifully decorated we were very happy did alot of laying in sun and just relaxing place was very clean and we ate at some wonderful places,i would recomend this place to anyone close to beach & all the shops.we will be back wonderful stay.thank you very much .

  We stayed at Harborview from June 18-25 2011 We were there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is spacious and located in an ideal location. Most people will be able to walk to the beach, pier 60, shops and restaurants. My parents found it more difficult to walk in the heat so did a bit more driving. The beach is like 2 to 3 blocks from the condo...others are just a little further. The condo was more than enough room for my group of 6. There are 3 bedrooms, and the living room set up...seated us all. I love that you have a wonderful view of the bay in the back and some ocean view from the front. The assigned parking was wonderful. The pool is small...but we found it to be mostly deserted first thing in the morning or late in the evening. There are so many more things to do also. I would recommend eating at Post's for pizza, Shepards for all you can eat crab legs, the little restaurant next to shepards...in hotel was really good too...try the Cuban sandwich there...very good. Karen has beach chairs, towels, cooler and plenty of bedding. We loved the big bathroom...with 3 girls getting ready. Tim loved the big shower. The big closet held our things we wanted out of the way. The home is very clean and the beds were better than any place we have stayed...the only slight negative I can even say was there weren't any paper products to start us like toilet paper or paper towels so those had to be purchased quickly. We visited Seaworld and Universal Studios while we were there...most places say 90 mins...but we ended up with 2 hrs door to door with traffic. Karen has nice seating on balcony to enjoy the bay. We actually saw dolphins play. I love the view at nite with the lights. Even though it was very hot while we were there..95-105 we stayed nice and cool in condo. With the AC and fans was perfect. Frig has a filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher and cooking utensils and pots,coffee maker...etc. Condo is coded and gated..we liked that. Its easy to get around in Clearwater..couple traffic circles..We ate several meals on route 60..just about anything you can think of is there and its only 5 or 10 min drive...Tampa is a little busier. We had a easy time dealing with Karen and really appreciate her sharing her home with us. Her good rental price and professional manner were an added bonus. Thank you Karen again for allowing us to visit. I have wonderful memories there and that balcony is one I will cherish.

  The unit was just what we had expected. It was comfortable and inviting. We liked the openess of the kitchen and living area. The sunrises were beautiful. We liked Guppy's restaurant which is located in Indian Rocks. Shephards was good for a buffet and the tiki bar was nice for relaxing in the evening. Post restaurant was good for pizza.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was the nicest vacation we have had.The condo is beautiful,the location is within short walking distance to everything(parks,beach,restaurants,stores and nite life for Mom/dad)Pier 60 at nite is a must w/ vendors,entertainment and beautiful sunsets,so bring camera. There are many boat tours,jet ski rentals you can rent.The condo has all of the neccessities,just bring bathing suits/clothes/lots of sunscreen and everything else is taken care of.You will wake up w/ the sun shining in the morning and you can have your coffee on the spacious balcony ,watching the dolphins play right outside your door.We could not have asked for a better condo and the price is right.We will be booking again next year,we enjoyed it that much. Also if you want a great place and affordable prices to eat,Post corner Restaurant is a great place.It accomodated our 18 party and the service/food was excellent.Try the pizza.It will keep you coming back.
