Bring the family and relax in our large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that accommodates 8 guests! Just steps from the pools and beach, unit 607 is one of the largest 2 bedroom unit available at Edgewater. Our unit has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico! With it's king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area, it will easily accommodate 8 guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Beautiful new tile floors throughout the living and bathroom areas have recently been installed. The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets and Corian counter tops. The master and guest bathrooms boast new cabinets, tile, and tub surrounds.
This unit is complete with 3 TVs, 3 DVD's, 3 VCR's, and a stereo system. A full size washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. Cable television is provided along with complimentary SHOWTIME, FREE wireless internet. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available.
Edgewater has an on site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna. Edgewater has 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a children's splash pool, and a heated spa. We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate(minimum one week stay). You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
Famous for our Snowbird Club, our guests enjoy planned daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS. Edgewater also has many nightly activities including our Mradi Gras Ball .
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, para sailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.

Edgewater Beach Condominium is a "Non Smoking" facility.
You must be at least 25 yrs of age in order to book a unit with us.
Our Policy is "No Pets" on Edgewater premises.
Deposit is required for every booking and the balance is due upon Check-In.
Cancellation Policy is if you change or cancel within 90 days of your arrival date, you forfeit your deposit. When booking a monthly stay, the cancellation is within 120 days of your arrival date.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
A Booking Fee of $25.00 is NON REFUNDABLE
An Incidental Fee of $50.00 is NON REFUNDABLE
The Base Rent amount shown does not include Sales Tax.
Sales Tax which is 11.5% will be added to every reservation.
