  We stayed at Janni and Jans house during easter holliday. We booked the house though the owner and recived a very friendley service. The house was very nice and well-equipped with everything you need and a nice tarrece with a little splash pool which we used almost every night . The house feels very new and the cleaning done before we arrived was excellent The club area has two nice pools, two big jacuzzis and friendley frontdesk staff. The only thing we were missing was wifi internet outside (there were access inside the clubhouse). The ressort is located at highway 192 where you have everyting you need whitin a short drive. This area around 192 is experience a big big expansion with new ressorts being build and during our 2 week stay 8 new resaurants opened. Expect about 20 mins drive to Disney, while Univesial, Seaworld and I-drive is about 30 min (depending on trafic - 192 and I4 can be very jammed so often it's better to wait till after 10 am before you leave) All in all the house and ressort was in perfect condition and we can only give our best recomendation.

  We stayed in the house whilst over in Florida and it was everything we were looking for. Great location and close to everything, quiet area and very child friendly. The house is lovely and with our three kids the little swimmingpool at the back of the house came in great hand. The owner is very helpfull and available at all times when we had any queries. We can highly recomend the house and location.

  Have just returned from at wonderfull vacation in Orlando where we stayed in this perfect villa. We went with our daughter (22 months) and found it very handy with the pack'n'play crib as well as the booster seat for her. The villa is very nice and the pool was perfect for our daughter. Must say that is is a very child friendly villa and the description of the villa was very accurate. The location couldn't be any better - very close to Disney World and a lot of the other attractions. When our daughter gets older we would like to return to Orlando and to this villa. We would recommend this villa to all our friends - a vacation here doens't come much better. The owners seem very service minded and we got a lot of information regarding the villa and Orlando as such.

  The photos of the house did not promise too much. In fact, a holiday in this house was "just perfect". We were 5 adults (family) spending 13 days in real homely surroundings, and with sufficient space for everyone and all the modern conveniences, you can think of. And the house is very close to the many offers of holiday entertainment. We utilized the opportunity with the family being gathered on the same holiday not only to dine out, but also to cook "at home". Everything in the house was clean and tidy, and the service from the office of this holiday resort was also first class and friendly. We were there in the hot period, but with the efficient air condition system this made it pleasant, day and night. Although this luxury holiday home is far away from our shores (Scandinavia), we will likely come back for another holiday.

  We visited Orlando to go to Disney and this place was perfect for us. It is about 10-15 minutes west of Disney, you can see the fireworks at Epcot from in front of the townhouse. The townhouse was well kept and in order, kitchen was complete with pots, pans and utensils. It has three rooms as stated, the second bedroom had a queen bed which was a bonus for us. Two adults and three kids, the kids like to share a bed when away from home so it was perfect. The pool was small but great size for the kids to play in, they loved it. We ate breakfast and usually one more meal at there instead of the park and it was close enough for us to go back and let the kids rest and nap then return to Disney at night. The owner is great to work with, they were very responsive and cooperative, they allow us to check in early and check out late. I would recommend anyone visiting Disney for more than a couple of days to stay there. It was clean, owner was good to work with and it was close enough to Disney, there are more places closer but not with the full kitchen and laundry room. There is a Publix within 3 miles for grocery shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. Traffic was light going to and from Disney, so definitely liked it. If you are going to Universal, its a little further, probably 25 minutes from the townhouse. I will rent this place again for future visits to Disney. You definitely need a car to get around, we had one so not an issue for us.

  This vacation home is truly beautiful and a home away from home. Janni was pleasant to deal with and was extremely assisting with the booking process. This villa is located at the end of the development with fantastic views of epcot and the tower of terror from 2 of the three bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen and the laundry room was fantastic for a family like mine. Every morning my children and I walked around the scenic lake and spent hours in the children’s playground. The Villa was close to all of the major theme parks, shopping and Downtown Disney. The next time my family travel to Orlando we will definitely be returning to this villa.
