This very exclusive property, located on the Aegean Sea, enjoys extensive sea views of beautiful sunrises over the water, and beautiful sunsets over Mount Olympus . It is also blessed with crystal blue water, a secluded beach and a location that is a short drive to many destinations.
Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property and its oversized swimming pool. Amidst the rocks and garden next to the pool, a deck with comfortable sun-chairs promise a perfect Greek tan, while ocean views dominate the scene. There is an outdoor dining area, perfect for entertaining guests during hot sunny days or for romantic al fresco dinners.
The villa is made up of a main house and two guest houses. A huge basement allows for times of getting together, while the separate houses allow for privacy when it is needed.
The entrance of the house opens directly onto a majestic split-level hall, where two living rooms and a formal dining area are appointed with unique pieces of furniture and flair. Adjoining, a fully equipped kitchen leads directly to the pool terrace.
The floors have rough cherry wood floorboards. On the 2nd level of the house, a majestic master bedroom and two spacious guest bedrooms are all beautifully appointed with style and different shades of colors. The bathrooms are large and have a wonderful appeal.
On the lower level of the house, a large living area has its own sitting area with fireplace, attached to a very nice kitchen with all the needed appliances.
Each of the two guest apartments have there own living area, bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchenette. Each can easily sleep four and are beautifully decorated.

We were very pleased with the place. The houses are well-kept, well-appointed and in excellent condition, We had enough room for two families with some married children -- 24 people in all! Of course that required putting a bunch of kids in the huge (150 sq. m) furnished basement, but everyone was satisfied with the accommodations. We ate all our meals at the house, so the kitchen saw a lot of use. Everything worked fine except for one coffee-maker which was a bit slow, so we brought one from one of the guest houses. There's a big back lawn, suitable for frisbee, football, etc. Stairs take you down to the beach. The strip of shore is rather narrow, so it's really about the swimming, which is very pleasant (at least when we were there the Aegean was always calm, crystal clear and more buoyant than we're used to in the Atlantic and Mediterranean). The pool is a good size for a private house and is clean. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom/shower and patio, with a great view of sunrise over the Aegean. (The sun sets behind Olympus.) Litochoro is a very pleasant small town. The people were friendly and at least when we were there the whole town, from children to grandparents, seems to come out at night to socialize in the parks, cafes and bars. The drive to Litochoro is under 10 minutes. From there one can drive up a twisting and mildly scary road to a tourist area on Mount Olympus. From there we did some significant hiking with the whole family -- mildly difficult but we managed even with small children. Some great waterfalls, pools and other swimming along the way. There are various archaeological and historic sites within an hour-or-two of driving. About the pictures: They're accurate but out-of-date, as a very nice, large awning has been installed to give shade to the back patio and the poolside. There are also two extra-large picnic tables and benches just below the patio, which is where we took our meals. The picture of Olympus, though, was not taken from the house. You can certainly see Olympus from there (it dominates the whole area), but not that specific view.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

While staying on this property, you basically have a private beach, a great pool and comfortable outside sitting areas. Mount Olympus is 10 minutes away. You can book toured hikes or day excursions, or just hike one of the many trails on your own. Sites which include Dion Museum, the tomb of Phillip II, Meteora, the city of Thessaloniki and many other small towns are a short drive away. There are also great bars and restaurants within a close drive.
