The intermediate skier can SKI OUT via the Nat'l Forest Burro Trail to Peak 9 chair lifts & SKI IN from Peak 10. Access both winter & summer activities by stepping out the front door into the Nat'l Forest, driving 1.3 miles to Main Street or walking .5 miles to the closest bus stop. You can choose.
Luxury & views are abundant throughout our home. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds & private baths. The 2nd level master has its own fireplace & an 8 foot window with sitting area overlooking the ski area. The lower-level master is garden-level. Loft bedrooms #3 & #4 have queen/twin & twin/twin beds and spectacular skylight views of the ski mountain. The 2nd level grande bath is equipped with jetted Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and large cedar sauna.
The living room, den, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath are on the main level. It is adorned with leather furniture, custom cabinetry and woodwork, 2 TV-viewing and game areas, woodburning fireplace, & VIEWS from every room! The den also serves as a 5th BR with daybed & pop-up trundle. The dining room walks out to a large deck with Mt. Baldy VIEWS & gas grill. A private 2nd deck off the living room houses an 8-person hot tub that has unbelievable and unobstructed Peak VIEWS!
