The intermediate skier can SKI OUT via the Nat'l Forest Burro Trail to Peak 9 chair lifts & SKI IN from Peak 10. Access both winter & summer activities by stepping out the front door into the Nat'l Forest, driving 1.3 miles to Main Street or walking .5 miles to the closest bus stop.
The living room, den, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath are on the main level. It is adorned with leather furniture, custom cabinetry and woodwork and walks out to the private hot tub. The dining room walks out to a large deck with Mt. Baldy VIEWS & gas grill.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Ridge
We looked at approximately 75 properties before choosing Sunrise Ridge. It is large enough to accommodate our family and yet has privacy for all. Our favorite features include being able to ski out/in and walk and hike out the front door. The unobstructed views of the ski area are not to be matched anywhere. We enjoy sharing our home in paradise with those who love it as much as we do.
