Sunrise Ridge is located on the ridge overlooking Peaks 9 & 10, 150 yards from the slopes. It is a quiet retreat amidst million dollar homes and multi-million dollar VIEWS. Owners & guests refer to it as 'Paradise'.
The intermediate skier can SKI OUT via the Nat'l Forest Burro Trail to Peak 9 base chair lifts and SKI IN from Peak 10. Access to the Burro Trail is a few steps out the front door to both winter & summer adventures.
Sunrise Ridge multi-level luxury townhome offers 2700 square feet of designer Mountain and Southwest decor. Australian Cypress flooring, wood ceilings, & both furnace-rated gas & wood-burning fireplaces provide warm ambience to the best of Breckenridge living.
The living room, den, kitchen, dining room & 1/2 bath are on the main level. One of the 2 decks walks out to the front of the home to the 6-8 person private hot tub & balcony. Unobstructed views of the ski area are breathtaking, especially at night! The dining room walks out from the back of the home to a 2nd large deck. There are spectacular views of Mt. Baldy, patio furniture & a gas BBQ grill for seasonal use. The furnishings are hi-end, including full leather sofas & real twin mattresses on the daybed and popup trundle. No uncomfortable hid-a-beds!
Two of the large 4 bedrooms have comfortable king beds with private baths. Panoramic views from the sitting area in the master are intoxicating, especially after relaxing in the hot tub & detoxifying those sore muscles in the indoor SAUNA. One of the private loft bedrooms has a queen bed & sitting area. The 2nd loft bedroom has been recently converted into a 2-bunk Bunkhouse with enough room for games & reading. The beds are so comfortable & the views are so amazing, the adults usually fight the kids for the Bunkhouse.
Sunrise Ridge also affords the luxury of having a 2-car garage. There is room for parking of 2 additional vehicles immediately in front of the garage. However, most prefer the convenience of obtaining a $5 permit from the Town of Breckenridge for overnight parking in the lot by the ice rink to accommodate early morning snow removal & easier access to the garage. There are two new LED TVs with USB ports & additional TVs for local channels, DVD, & game playing.
