Set against the backdrop of the nearby hills, yet only a few moments from the Las Vegas Strip. This fantastic home offers 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the most sleeping space of any of our homes. Some bedrooms have private or adjoining bathrooms. A very large upstairs retreat area can also serve as sleeping space if needed.

Castillo Esteban is a great choice for corporate executives who want to stay together but enjoy their own private space. At well over 5000 square feet, there is plenty of space for networking as well as relaxing.

Castillo Esteban boasts upscale appointments and furnishings throughout. Modern decorating adds a classy and “upscale” feel. Beautiful marble tile flooring and deep pile carpeting is used throughout the home. The very large kitchen connects directly to the informal dining area and family room space, creating a very large and open feel which continues throughout much of the home.

The family room features a High Definition Big Screen TV with digital HD cable, and a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat. The room opens to the second floor overlook with large windows to the beautiful views from the backyard. The dining room is furnished with fine quality furniture and plenty of seating and opens to the game room with pool table. The master bedroom is very large and well appointed, with a roomy and elegant bathroom with stone tiled floors.

The backyard is simply fun waiting to happen. The pool, spa, and waterfalls are completely computer controlled and operated by a handheld remote control. The spa, which is elevated slightly above the pool, sports a fantastic view of the nearby hills.
