Come and relax in our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium that boasts two master suites with queen beds! Our unit comes complete with a sleeper sofa that will accommodate two additional guests. A well equipped kitchen with all the amenities allows guests to enjoy a private meal together. Balcony dining affords beautiful views of the ocean, pools, and grounds. This unit is complete with 2 TV's, 1 DVD player, and 2 VCR's.
Included in your stay is FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay, and FREE WIFI. The front desk/concierge Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available.
For our snowbirds, Edgewater has daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS!
Guests receive a $20.00 COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CERTIFICATE to enjoy lunch and refreshments at the Tiki Bar & Grill (minimum weekly stay). Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, a heated spa, and a children's splash pool. During the winter months, guests will enjoy our HEATED POOL! The well equipped children's playground overlooking the gulf, basketball/shuffleboard courts, professional putting green, and gas grills at the picnic area are located on property. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, and family reunions.
Edgewater does not charge cleaning fees for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. A free mini clean is provided during your stay for our monthly guests.
Edgewater prohibits pets and rentals to any one under the age of 25.
