Excellent location to enjoy Bend's many fine golf courses. Five minute ride to 200+ mile single track mountain bike trail network via the classic Phil's Trail. River access nearby or drive 20 miles to Mount Bachelor for an excellent downhill or Nordic experience in the winter. During the warmer weather access wilderness area hiking or visit a Cascades area lake. Rafting, rock-climbing, fly-fishing, etc. It's all available in beautiful Central Oregon. Also close to Sisters and Sunriver, Oregon. No smoking, no pets please.

My wife and I spent Christmas of 2011 at this home and were very pleased with the property. The home was neat, clean , and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to good shopping, coffee shops, pubs,etc.. We hosted several dinners and had all necessary cookware,plates,etc. to accomadate 4-6 people. we then could relax in a clean and quiet hottub. Everything the owner say's it is, and more.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.

We just returned home from a wonderful stay in Bend. This house was perfect for our family - 2 adults, 3 kids. Perfect location for getting around, Beautiful backyard. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. We hope to make more trips to Bend as there is so much more we want to do - and we'll check this house first for availability. Thank you!!
