  My family spent a week in July at this beach home. It is a wonderful place to make memories to cherish with your family. We especially found it wonderful that we did not have to cross the street to get the beach. The owner was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. My family and I greatly enjoyed our time at this beach home and would love to spend more time there again if we have the opportunity.

  We stayed from July 2nd through 9th. Very relaxing. Beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks from front lawn, catching fleeting glimpse of the last space shuttle from the beach out back, long walks up and down the beach, boogie boarding in the waves and hours sitting on the back porch and doing nothing! Thank you very much Martin for sharing your beautiful beach home. We hope to come again.

  Our family and friends had a wonderful time at this house during our one week stay in June 2011. The house is exactly like the pictures, no hidden surprises. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach is nearly private with very little traffic. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

  We would like to take the opportunity to say that this was our dream vacation! The wonderful location, the perfect beach, unbelievable sunrises, and fantastic views only helped to make this a beautiful ten days in Florida ! The accommodations are everything that is mentioned and more, and Martin is the best, we couldn't have asked for anyone better ! I only wish we had a longer period of time to stay, it was such a beautiful and stress free vacation. We would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to have a stress free, wonderful stay in Florida ! We have already recommended it to friends and family, and we hope to return to this beautiful property next year ! This house and property exceeded all of our expectations, and we would like to thank Chad properties for sharing this wonderful piece of heaven with us.

  We stayed here from March 11 to March 18 and it was the most enjoyable experience we have had in all our years traveling to Florida. The accommodations are first class, the views spectacular, the peace and serenity priceless. Martin and Clayton are a wonderful people to deal with and they ensured our stay was most pleasant and hassle free. We had people from Ireland and Canada and all comments were extremely positive. The whole experience was wonderful and I would certainly have no hesitation in giving it a 10 out of 10. Kevin from Ontario, Canada
