The home is surrounded by marble patios, relax and enjoy grill-outs and personal parties, you'll love the stone grotto fun bar. Everything here will bring out your senses, natures beauty with the best man can build, millions of strikes to the ancient granite walls proves the craftsmanship of years past to be irreplaceable and memorable.
The private estate home is entered by a few step of stone, it is 100% stone. The home is very welcoming and comfortable, not fancy but a place where you will identify it is clean and should be respected. We are not offering this as a college wild party house, but rather to collect folks like us that would enjoy the hardwood floors and to sit at the antique grand piano in the living room while overlooking the grounds or step through the French doors into the large stone sunroom perfect for that nap and later games and chats. The rooms are private and well appointed. We will offer the house as a one level with a master and the 2nd bedroom doubles also as a den, many sleeping options on couches and sofas. The baths are updated period designed all tile and very nice and clean. The new kitchen has granite tops and travertine floors and stainless appliances. SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR can handle expanded use of all three levels for Weddings, Camps, Corporate Seminars; please call for pricing and scheduling.
