Rent our beautifully furnished, main level veranda home located across the water from the 17th fairway of the Sable Course at Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club (monthly rentals only). What makes Heritage Palms so unique is the grand boulevard entrance of Royal Palms, focusing on a 12-foot high waterfall, cascading down to a rock pool. Cradled above the waterfall is the third tee box on the Royal Course. Heritage Palms is one of Lee County's most outstanding parcels of virgin land, complete with preserves and wildlife habitat. Our golf membership is transferable for a fee of $250. You will be charged $22 per round of golf plus $20 for golf cart per person (subject to change).

Our veranda home features both a screened lanai and veranda. Master bedroom has queen-size bed, large dresser, cable TV with video, walk-in closet and bath with two sinks and a shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds with full bath. Den with leather sofa.

Spacious living room with patio sliding doors leading to the lanai facing the golf course. Entertainment center with cable TV, stereo and DVD. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender plus all cooking and dining utensils. Counter with two bar stools and large round table in dinette bay area with seating for four. Beautiful view of golf course and nature preserve. Formal dining room seats six. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All linen supplied. Just outside the door is a community pool.

Gated Community where the center of activity is the Heritage Palms Clubhouse. Engage in pleasant conversation with friends around the dramatic fireplace. Enjoy drinks at the bar, or a savory meal prepared by expert chefs. The Clubhouse Dining Room is well-known for its outstanding Sunday Brunch. Clubhouse is also the point of departure for the challenging 36-hole Azinger Lewis designed championship golf course with Aqua Driving Range. Six lighted Har Tru Tennis Courts and Tennis Center. Also available at the clubhouse is a Fitness Center, pool and hot tub, pro shop, computer room and library. Between the ninth and tenth holes on the Sable Course, the "Lodge" offers a billiard room, pool, and tropical lounge with short order menu.

Convenient to numerous shopping malls and outlet stores, Theatre, and the beautiful beaches and islands of the Gulf of Mexico. Training facilities for the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Socks is just minutes away.
