Outside of unit - Lake Tahoe/North Shore/Tahoe City, CA - California Vacation Rental Beautiful Lake Tahoe condo, two miles from Tahoe City, close to Dollar Point. Located in quiet, very private, Northshore Condominium complex. Northshore is set on 26 acres and has private homeowner's pool, 3 tennis courts, 190 foot pier and almost 400 feet of sandy beach. These facilities are uncrowded due to the low number (52 units) of condos in this exclusive development. Condo has three levels. Entry/main floor has living/dining area, kitchen and deck with gas barbecue grill, outdoor furniture. Master bed (with queen) and bath on top floor. Lower level has two bedrooms/one bathroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds. Nearby ski resorts are Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Homewood and Northstar. Casinos in Nevada at Sateline, Crystal Bay and Incline Village are a short drive away. Several beautiful golf courses are within 15 minutes from unit. Plenty of parking is available.

Weekends: $175/night. Holiday rates vary.
Summer:   $1400/week .. $150/extra nights (1 week rental minimum July & August).
Renters are required to pay $140 cleaning fee; $25 refundable key deposit.
4pm check-in; 10am check out.$500 refundable security deposit with reservation
Non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold reservation.
Full payment is due one month prior to check in.
Late departure will incur additional charges.
