Our Villa is a little gem tucked by the ocean, where you walk out your front door to sand and sea. You can hear the ocean roar!
Built by an architect owner, it features a spiral staircase that winds up 3 floors past stain-glass windows to a quaint domed ceiling. It has classic Mexican floor tiles throughout. This is a true beach house (not just another condo or hotel room). We offer air conditioning, a Manager, and a cook (on request).
Lovely seashells cover wall lights, and the decor is colorful and relaxed, with modern clay pots, wall art, and festive fabrics and bedspreads - vintage Mexico. You will enjoy all the flavors of authentic Mexico with your stay.
The Villa is 3 bedroom and 3 bath sitting on the romantic Camarones beach. Each bedroom is on a different level of the home. The master has a king bed, walk-in bathroom and ocean view. The top floor bedroom has a queen bed and ocean view along with its own bathroom. The smaller main floor bedroom has two singles that can be pulled together to form a small king and its own bathroom. The bathrooms feature authentic Mexican tiles. Just open your bedroom window to listen to the sound of the waves slapping the beach.
The Villa has a full service kitchen, dining area, and a living room that has French doors opening onto a patio/balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. If you dropped a sea shell off of the balcony, it would land right in the sand! Also a small dipping pool sits on the balcony - perfect to refresh. Sunsets from the living room or the patio are unforgettable!
One of the best features about the home is its location. The Villa sits on the Camarones beach, one of the nicest in Puerto Vallarta. Just walk out the front door and you are on the beach. Many nice hotels share this special beach. (In fact, the Sheraton is about 3/4 of a mile north of us.) Also, the home sits in the heart of the City and is a short 3-minute walk to the most lively nightlife - shopping, restaurants, clubs (and even grocery store) on the city's oceanfront boardwalk,

It was a charming villa with gorgeous unbelievable sunsets. Great location and extremely comfortable place for a family getaway. Owner is very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Maid service was outstanding. Would stay in this villa for all future Puerto Vallarta visit.
Owner response:We were very happy to have this guest stay with us. She was very pleasant. We recently renovated the villa with a new, second large sundeck/terrace on the upper floor, new granite countertops in the kitchen and two bathrooms, new drapes, new festive fabrics in the living room and new bedspreads. Our beach is shared by the Sheraton Hotel and was recently awarded the highest rating in Puerto Vallarta for cleanliness and safety. It is patrolled by lifeguards. We want all our guests to be happy and have a wonderful vacation, and try our best to achieve that!

The house was even better than we thought it would be...all three bedroom had lovely bathrooms, tile or granite countertops that made them look like a spa. The kitchen also had granite. It was adequately equipped allowing us to cook breakfast everyday. Having a large market two blocks away made getting provisions quick and easy. It was comparable to a U.S. market. Clerks were helpful. The decks were spacious with a stunning view. The beach stretch for what seemed miles, water shallow enough for the grandkids to have fun in the surf. Airport transportation was arranged which made arrival and departurel simple. Marta,the housekeeper, is like your favorite aunt, warm and welcoming and helpful in everyway possible. Somehow she managed to keep the sand out of the house which was a miracle. The owner was quick to answer our many questions, even had the manager install a DVD so the grandkids could watch some movies. Great restaurants were within walking distance with street performers on the way which added to the fun. All and all is was a perfect family vacation, a location to which we would not hesitate to return.

Dear John, My family and I are back from our stay at Casa Nicté from Feb 13 to 27. Everything went very well, and we enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta immensely. The house is very attractive; everything worked well and when we found that the cooling equipment in the first floor room was deficient, it was changed within 24 hours. Martha is a great person and does a wonderful job in cleaning the house and managing everything. The situation of the house on the beach, in the middle of a major vacation city, is unique; our days were filled with the soud of the surf at low and high tides, reminding us how easy it is to dip into the nearby ocean. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Casa Nicte to friends. --Guest name omitted for privacy
