  My cousin and I stayed at the condo for about 10 days early Sept 2012. The condo is close to the beach, to the restaurants, and local shops. The views were absolutely wonderful! :) The condo has a living room and a kitchen ares downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. The place was very clean and everything was working and up to date! Dealing with the owner (Owen) was very easy. I would definitely rent this place again, and I do highly recommend it!

  Great location and very charming apartment. Perfect to enjoy Cannes and the region. The duplex apartment has great views of the surrounding historic district, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, yet very quiet. It is well equipped to cook at home and became our home away from home while in Cannes. We had a fantastic time.

  From initial enquiry of the owner to the day we left, everything about this apartment was almost too good to be true. The owner Owen is a genuine caring man who extends himself to ensure his guests' comfort. The location is perfect, nearby facilities comprehensive, and access to the beach, to shopping and to restaurants excellent. There is an additional single bedroom apartment on the same floor owned by Owen which we rented as well so this property can accommodate two families if necessary. We have already recommended this property to friends around the world and highly recommend it and its owner to anyone coming to Cannes. This was one of our best holidays ever!

  10 days in this dream accommodation and location. We could not have been more pleased with the wonderfully comfortable and well dressed environment of this Duplex rental. I was impressed from the beginning with the owner’s prompt, pleasant, and professional responses to my inquiries. I always heard back the same day which I very much appreciated when trying to organize a long & varied vacation itinerary. Getting here we were thrilled when we arrived at this absolutely charming, clean and spacious unit so nicely decorated with exceptional views. I could live here in a minute! We grew to love it even more each day as we found we were 2 to 5 minutes walk to everything - including an overwhelming assortment of great restaurants. We quickly found our way around due to the owner’s thoughtful welcome booklet, and within two days felt like locales popping out for an espresso or baguette at our favorite café or boulangerie. We are already forming plans to return for another comfortable and restful vacation and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere but here. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you for your obviously tremendous efforts to make this a comfy "home" for us all!

  I so enjoyed staying here. It was perfect. It is everything a couple or a single traveler needs. It is also appropriate for a family. It is secure, bright with all the amenities needed. It is in a perfect location with a fresh farmer's market around the corner, lots of restaurants, post office, etc. Everything is walking distance. It is picturesque, bright and charming. The shower is perfect with a rain shower head, body sprays and a hand held. The beach is only 2 blocks away and you are in the suquet (which is the old town). I stayed a month and the owner is a delight to communicate with. There is truly no where else that I would rather stay at in Cannes. The photos are accurate and everything was as described. It was clean, safe and the owner was perfect in communicating and responding. thank you for a perfect stay owen. I highly recommend this property and owner-5 stars :)

  We were very happy with this rental apt in the heart of Old Town. The apartment was cozy and clean and had a great bathroom/shower compared to many we have seen in Cannes. Internet, heat, etc., all were in good working order and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We were in Cannes for a conference and the apt was in walking distance to all of our events. There are some wonderful views of the Old Town from the windows as well and you can even see a bit of the Mediterranean. We would stay here again next time we are in Cannes. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment from the street, so be prepared, though they did not pose a problem for us.

  I enjoyed a week in sunny Cannes in this delightful apartment from 20-27 November 2010. The apartment is as pictured, is tastefully decorated, and the interent access was most useful. The lounge/living area has a lovely ambience, and it was great to have a separate bedroom with really comfortable bed and modern ensuite bathroom. Kitchen and laundry facilities were fine, and it was good to have the electric heating and the reverse cycle air conditioner for the colder nights. I am an active lady in my mid sixties, and the 2 flights of narrow stairs up to the apartment in the building were not a problem once I had my bag inside. Any stairs up the hill (only a short distance really, with many distractions on the way) could be avoided by taking the owner's recommended route, so i was able to walk with my bag from the station with no problem. I did not use a car, it was a great location being in the old town, everything was so handy - attractions, shopping, markets, restaurants, beaches, trains, buses, ferries - and in easy walking distance. Buses for day trips (eg to Grasse for perfumes, Antibes to see Picasso Museum) were so cheap. The owner was very helpful, and information procided was timely and good. It was good value for a week and I would recommend this apartment to others.

  It was our 30th Anniversary. My wife and I rented the apartment from Oct. 29 to Nov. 9, 2010. We had a wonderful time. The apt. was well maintained, roomy, clean, quiet, and perfect location. Great restaurants just around the corner, bus station is less than 5 minutes walk, train station is less than 10 minutes walk. The view from the church is breath taking and is less than one minute away...up a few stairs. Car rental is just down the hill, but you really don't need to rent a car...unless you just want to take a drive on the coast. Shopping is again just down the hill... Owen, the owner, was just super. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to get to know someone as nice as Owen. His day trips suggestions was great and made our stay even more enjoyable. It is very rare nowaday to find someone that wise and so easy going. I would come back in a heartbeat if I have the time.

  beautiful apartment in a beautiful city. close to everything in cannes.it's airy with lots of sunlight. very spacious with all the ammenities of home. as soon as you leave the front step you turn the corner to all that cannes is known for. just steps to the beach and harbour. many restaurants and shops filled with everything you could want. the train station is about a 15 min. walk. mr kennedy has a lovely rental. we enjoyed it very much and wish we had more time. we will miss cannes.

  We saw this property more than a few years ago and wanted to buy it! So I was delighted and excited to find it online for rent. We are already thinking of our trip back again next year. After a week ther we felt like a local!
