A quiet, beautiful little getaway for you snow birds! This 1000 sq ft unit is steps away from the pool - and very close to the main common area with tennis courts and aerobic gym. Wonderful views of the mountains from your poolside lounge chair. Many wonderful golf courses are within a few miles.
This is a ground floor, 1 level unit, making it easier to get in and out of.
Bermuda Dunes Airport is 5 minutes away, Palm Springs airport is 19 miles away.
There are a total of 3 (2 unheated) pools and 3 hot tubs on the property. If you want to stay fit, there is an aerobic gym there as well. All these amenities are INCLUDED!
The condo itself was completely gutted when I bought it in 2005, and we put in granite counters everywhere, new appliances including washer and dryer, stove and fridge with ice maker and dish washer.
Complimentary Basic Cable TV, Wireless High Speed Internet Access and local phone are provided for you. (more cable channel choices available for an extra fee)
The porch overlooks the heated pool and is shaded so you can have lunch, read, or nap. Truly a resort view!
There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath.
There are linens for the couch as well (not a pullout, but comfy!)
We just bought new comforters for both Queen beds in Feb, 2011, and new dishes for the kitchen in March, 2011.
We have also upgraded some chairs in the Living Room in June 2011.
We bought a new dining room set and flat screen TV in Jan 2013.
Saddleback has 24-hour gated entrance with security, and is centrally located with access to Interstate 10 and Highway 111 with security. Very close to LaQuinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Indio. Many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, upscale, and bargain shopping.

A great apartment, right next to the pool. Loved our time there - wish it could have lasted longer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved being able to see the pool from our condo. The location is close to many golf courses. We began many days walking just under a mile for coffee at Starbucks. It was a fantastic month!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

I found my stay in Pauls condo very satisfactory, It is so handy to everything, shopping etc. It has everything I needed, very well appointed, very clean, and easy to keep clean. The grounds are very suitable for walking my dog, she liked to play with other puppies that live there, I highly recomend this unit to vacationers,Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

I've used VRBO many times in my travels but have never felt so welcomed to any of my other stays. When we checked in it was so simple that it felt as if I was checking into a 4 star hotel. Our family including two children, 11 and 8 stayed at the condo in April 2010 and had a great time. The condo has everything you need, bedrooms even have dressing rooms. The condo overlooks one of the 3 pools and the complex is very quiet, secure and the residents are very friendly. Well placed for supermarkets and trips such as aerial tramway, living desert zoo and Idyllwild. Weather was fantastic. Paul the owner is extremely helpful and thorough.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a great stay at this condo - there is excellent access to stores and restaurants and is within driving distance to anything and everything in the Palm Springs area. We found the condo itself very comfortable and very clean - the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! The photos are very accurate of the property. We used the workout area several times per week and found the equipment to be in good working condition. The hot tub was wonderful and located very close to the condo. We slept great - it's not noisy there and people were very friendly. The area is very well maintained. Paul was GREAT to work with - he kept in touch and provided us with all the information we needed. We found him to be very personable and accomodating. Also, his sister Linda helped us get settled and we loved all her help and great suggestions for places to go in the Palm Springs area. We had our small beagle with us and took her for walks in the complex often - it's a very dog friendly area! The grocery stores and drug stores are practically within walking distance. We used our computer with WIFI access and had no problems. Our recommendations are the Thursday night art fair in downtown Palm Springs; the weekend street fair in the College of the Desert and Jackalope Restaurant in nearby Indio. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back!! Thanks Paul and Julie for being such great hosts and allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo in Feb 2010. It was very clean and cozy. The pool is a hop skip and jump away so very easy to access. It is very well located as there is shopping very close. The owner is very pleasant to deal with.Owner response: We loved having them!!!!!

Paul and Julie Peterson (209) 878-7285 Rental Rules CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. PT AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. PT NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Sorry, no renters under age 21 in this condo. PETS - PETS are permitted in rental cabins only with prior approval. $160 per pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Small dogs only, more than 1 year old (trained!) DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit fee of $69 for $3000 worth of damage is required. Any damage over this insured amount will be charged to you the tenant. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS –Renters must cancel one hundred twenty (90) days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 90 days of your scheduled stay will forfeit any deposits or payments (including security deposits.) Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. WATER AND SEPTIC – DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to four hundred dollars. STORM POLICY– STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. do not refund due to road conditions. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. All of the condos are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
