Very well maintained and updated space. Large space for a family; large balcony for viewing; MBR opens to balcony as well. Management team truly cared about how enjoyable our visit would be. Have been to the area before and, from this location, so many things are easily accessible. 1.25 mile walk from Seaside for half the cost. Newer, nicer dining choices even closer. Great area to be active; 2 beach chairs daily a HUGE plus; and then there is the view of the Gulf. Love it and we WILL be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Fabulous view of the gulf. Spacious balcony and private. Nice tile floors which was good for my allergies. Beautiful surroundings which are accurately depicted in the listing photos, and I so appreciated my time here. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting beautiful surroundings inside and out. Seagrove Beach and the surrounding area is so well maintained with so many places to walk and shop and enjoy nature! Came back home refreshed.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
