Our 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo was totally renovated in early 2010. New kitchen, updated bathrooms, new floors, new paint and updated furnishings are all part of this family friendly condo located in building three of the Hilton Head Resort. The condo and complex are perfect for relaxing couples or active families.
The family room has two sofas, a large screen TV, a Blue Ray DVD player, and free ROKU (ROKU is on demand access to up to 500 movies and television series). The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress pad for extra comfort,along with a second TV. A full size bed, twin bed, and third TV will be found in the second bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and is supplied with towels and linens for your stay.
On beautiful days, you can stroll across the boardwalk or catch the free shuttle to the sandy beach. At the end of the boardwalk, you can play a game of sand volleyball or visit Coco's On The Beach. If you want to stay closer to the condo, you will enjoy the two outdoor swimming pools or the 6 lighted tennis courts. Grabbing a bite to eat or picking up a few necessities is easy at the poolside Grill and store.
Our condo is located in building three, which means the heated indoor pool, wading pool, fitness room, jogging track, sauna and hot tub are all just a few steps away.
No need to load your car down with pool and beach toys. Our condo "beach closet" is where you can find the beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, lawn toys, and Frisbees. In case of rain or downtime, the closet also contains indoor board games and books.
Hilton Head Island has miles of paved bike paths, which can be accessed directly outside of the resort entrance. If you choose to bring your bicycles or rent them for your stay, they can be stored and locked directly below the building in the covered bike storage area.
If you are interested in wildlife, you will love the boardwalk and lagoons. In the short stroll across the boardwalk, you can see birds and crabs. If you look closely at the complex lagoons, you might spot large blue crab.

Our family has vacationed on Hilton Head Island for the past 7 years. Each year, Mac and I have dreamed of having our own condo to enjoy. This past year, we stayed in the Hilton Head Resort and absolutely fell in love with it. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Whether sun shining or rain, there were lots of things to do. We are avid bike riders and having the bike path right outside of the front gate was perfect. Our children love nature and wildlife and had hours of fun looking for crabs and birds along with boardwalk and in the lagoons. We hope that you enjoy our condo as much as we do and feel like a guest in our home.
Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We love being in building 3 of the Hilton Head Resort. You walk a few steps and you are enjoying the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and jogging track. We especially enjoy not having to walk outside, after swimming in the indoor pool, to return to the condo. The laundry is right around the corner, so very convenient. We enjoy rotating between the two outdoor pools and the beach for swimming on pretty days.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you will be able to prepare your favorite dishes for your family. This is a thoughtfully stocked vacation home and a great resort. The condo and the resort are very clean, the staff are friendly and professional, the pools are nice, and the walk to the beach is very reasonable. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication and info packet before the stay and nice info book with menus, maps, etc in the condo. Loved that everything was clean and new. Beach closet was a lifesave with kids, less to pack! Enjoyed the nice bikes that were provided. A great choice for our first visit to Hilton Head!

Spent the winter at the condo. Condo is beautiful and confortable. Love having easy access to the hot tub and indoor pool. Spent many hours walking the beach and riding bikes to Island attractions. The Pelicans at Shelter Cove, birds along the board walk, and occassional dolphin sitings in the ocean made the walks and bicycle rides more enjoyable. We can't wait till we can again go to Hilton Head and stay in the condo.
