Nice studio condo available with 2 night minimum stay. Full kitchen, 1 full bath, with Queen size bed and Queen size futon with upgraded mattress with springs. Guests have commented on how comfortable it is. 7 minute drive to Keystone, Abasin, 20 minute drive to Copper Mtn., 25 minute drive to Breckenridge, 40 minute drive to Vail. The free shuttle is 1 1/2 blocks from condo.
This condo can accommodate up to 4 people. This is a ground floor unit in a condominium complex next to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has pool tables, ping pong table, large community room with television, vending machines, dry saunas, indoor pool, large indoor hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. All linens and towels are provided. There is a 32 inch TV and DVD player, games, & DVD's. No pets and No smoking. Behind the clubhouse are coin operated washer and dryers.

This condo was excellent. Perfect location with easy access to grocery store, other food, and ski slopes. Four of us stayed here and it was pretty tight (but ended up being more than enough space) as other reviewers have suggested it might be. However, the price was perfect for us since we are college students on a tight budget. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and clean. Also, the clubhouse (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, etc.) was very nice.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

My daughter and I stayed here on our visit to CO to see my oldest son who was living in Silverthorne which is adjacent to Dillon where the condo is located. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit any of the ski areas as it is very close (within a half hour) to Keystone, A Basin, Copper and Breckenridge. It is also very close to any amenities (within 5 min) to grocery, gas, restaurants and shopping. The studio is very cozy and was so much better and more reasonable than staying in a hotel. We loved having the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for our whole stay. I highly recommend it. It's perfect for 1 to 4 people.
Recommended for:Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Our stay in this condo was very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equiped with a nice grill on the patio. The matress on the bed was little firm for us, but at home we have a feather bed on top our matress so we are very spoiled. We arrived at the condo at 3:30 in the morning and were very pleased at how easy it was to find without having to drive curvy mountain roads. The condo is very conveinetly located near grocery store, restrurants and ski mountains. If there are two of you I think this place is just right, but for more than two it may seem as if you are a little cramped.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
