This cozy lovely one bedroom 50m² is located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero and Bois de Boulogne by walk.
Near the rue de Passy , one of the most lively neighborhood, with open food markets, large department store (Franck et Fils) and many other stores of all kind.
You don't have to walk very far to get your Baguette or New York Times in the morning ! It is also at walking distance to many of the Parisian museums, and of course, the Seine, near l'OCDE. At 20 minutes by walk from the jardin d'acclimatation and the Bois de Boulogne is at 10 minutes.

This very cozy one bedroom, 50 square metres, for two to four people, is set on the seventh floor of an elegant building with lift and overlooking an interior courtyard. The apartment is very bright, view over the courtyard and the Eiffel Tower from the bed.
The living room is bright with large windows. There are two single beds, (high quality mattress) that will sleeps very comfortably two people. I provide free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet, TV, telephone.
The bedroom is very bright with a nice view to the courtyard and the Eiffel Tower. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (160 x 200) and is dressed witch quality linens, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, hotplate, dish washer, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer, electric coffee maker, dishes and all the utensils required to cook-in if you desire.
The shower room has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a good supply of linens and hairdryer. The apartment has an exceptional location:
The express train, called 'RER', line C, is 5 minutes walk (or one subway station away) and takes you to the Eiffel Tower, Musée d’Orsay, Saint Michel, Notre Dame, or to Autsterlitz station, jardin des Plantes, the Chateau of Versailles. Station Line 9 (station Ranelagh) - that line goes to Trocadero, Franklin Roosevelt, Opéra, Saint Lazare station, Galeries Lafayette store.
For those arriving by plane, to Charles de Gaulle Airport or to Beauvais Airport, just hop on the Airport shuttle (or Air France shuttle) or bus to station 'Porte Maillot' and take the RER C until The Boulainvilliers station.
Subway station line 9 : Ranelagh in the avenue Mozart, near rue de Passy, La Muette,l'OCDE, near the Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros.

Great apartment in a great location. Its located on the 7th floor. We loved the place. The apartment was easy to rent, clean, elegant and simple. It was very quite, personable and you can see the Tour Eiffel out the window while lying in bed. It’s especially romantic at night. Up the street is the main shopping area, a great affordable restaurant (Bo Zinc Café). Metro access two blocks away in either direction. Great Pastry shop on the corner too (Eat all you want, as you’ll do plenty of walking in Paris). Not to mention a grocery store in either direction. For those from the USA, if you walk down to the River, (about ½ mile), you can see the Statue of Liberty, a much smaller version and off the beaten path. Near the river you can catch the RER and 15 min later you’re at the Palace of Versailles. This apartment is a hidden gem and gives you the feel of living in Paris. Or take the M9 to Trocadéro and your at the Eiffel Tower in 5 min.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet and pretty residential area and within easy walking distant between two Metro stops. The apartment was clean, well maintained with all the amenities. Excellent value if you are spending any time in Paris. We were in Paris for a week and loved it, but after battling with the other tourist to see the sites it was wonderful to come back an apartment in a quiet residential area and mix with the locals instead of tourist. Grocery shopping and local restaurants were all close by. For those of us who like to run the Bois de Boulogne is recommended and is close by. As an added plus there is a wonderful view of the Eifel Tower from the bedroom window.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
