Cypress Villa is a four-bedroom, four and a half bath multi-level home, with ample space for family gatherings and areas for privacy as well. The second living room, located on the second level is surrounded by three bedrooms and is a welcome retreat to relax and read or watch a movie. Enjoy ocean views, sunsets and stunning views of the marshes on the two level rooftop deck complete with teak furniture. Each level of the Villa has a porch, located on the north side allowing for a shaded outdoor space to enjoy the warm breezes and ocean view.
The private plunge pool is also a heated spa that comfortably holds every member of your party, plus the two community pools at the beach are accessible to guests and are heated during the holidays. The community pools may be heated at guest's request with a $20/day surcharge.
