This home was totally renovated in fall '08 and is five minutes to Heavenly ski resort, beaches, and casinos. The great room has large windows to enjoy the lake view, as well as hickory flooring & beamed cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is designed for the most discriminating chef with alder cabinets, granite counters & stainless steel appliances (including a 6 burner gas range and double ovens). The living area has a rocked gas fireplace & large screen TV.
A family room on the lower level is perfect for large groups and contains two hand-made log couches, an antique Honduran Mahogany pool table & another large screen TV. Bedrooms are furnished with log furniture & accessorized with Tahoe and mountain photos. Bathrooms are also completely renovated with alder cabinets, granite counter tops, & travertine floors.

Large, beautiful home could easily fit my group of 16 co-workers. The hottub is also nice and big, With views to boot, this is a great all around rental!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

Our week long summer vacation was one of the best vacations we have had! This home is just fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Fantastic views of lake, mountains, rock formations. Could hike out the front door. The owner was always just a phone call/text away with answers to any questions we had from the time we first contacted him and throughout our stay. Top to bottom, it's very clear that the owner’s goal is the guests comfort. All very tastefully decorated! It is fully loaded for visitors comfort and enjoyment. Owner furnished towels and linens makes packing a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to live here, and we loved the "bar" and stools for informal eating. The living room furniture is comfy and is dangerously easy to nap on. The hot tub was great for relaxing at night and the stars at night are pretty spectacular. The home is equipped with EVERYTHING. Close enough to beach, casinos, and shopping but still out of the way enough to be private and relaxing. And the great recommendations for dining and activities; so much easier than trying to find good places ourselves. My family and I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks again for a fantastic vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
